Disappointing Food just okay. Ran out of beer after seven people ordered. No wine. Service was slow. Can see why few people were present.

Went to Anna & Son for dinner with my girlfriend. At first i was confused with the white table cloths as i dont expect that in BKK. However, the friendly chap who served us broke the ice quickly. He actually made our evening with his smile and the swift service. We ordered deep fried shrimps and the glass noodle salad.... More

We recently visited Anna's, in fact the first time since they moved to this location From Saladaeng which already must be a couple of years! The food quality is still nice but in our opinion not quite what it used to be. The atmosphere is also less upbeat. Nonetheless, it is still a good choice for Thai food and some... More

The food was spectacular! The duck and lychee curry was sublime and so was the thai tuna salad. There's an eclectic mix of food to choose from but couldn't go past the Thai food. The waiters were very attentive also. Wine selection was a bit poor but overall, a great atmosphere and amazing food. Tucked away in a side street,... More

Staying at the Evergreen Laurel, a lovely hotel, we were with a group. The Sea Bass was nice, pork tough, soup salty and the service decrepit. Never got the chopsticks even, bias?

I came across this restaurant while walking out the back of the Evergreen Laurel Hotel. The restaurant looks interesting and inviting from the outside, but the interior is curiously lacking in character. The air conditioning was blasting and the service was slow. Food was fine but not remarkable.

I remember when Anna's was in Saledaeng and I was always keen to go there because I liked their dishes a look. Now they moved closer to South Sathorn Road and it#s not that easy to find but worth a try. The menu consists of traditional Thai food and European dishes. All freshly prepared and nicely presented. Whilst not outstanding... More

Anna & Son is a good restaurant with reasonable prices. The lunch menu offers special set meals as well as a La Carte. The food is good but is not as good as the looks of the place. The real reason I go there is the open and airy feeling of the place. Lots of glass windows which admit natural... More

Back to Bangkok after a year away and was looking forward to visiting The Anna Restaurant. We to the location and found the name has changed to Anna & Son...fortunately the food service, and desserts are still fantastic. There are trip advisor reports under the new name and the current reports are split between The Anna Restaurant and Anna Restaurant.... More

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
