The best. Yes! I walked out feeling and looking like I was five months pregnant. I could stop eating ! Pizza (superb!) crust crunchy, taste perfecto! Fish must have come from freshest Atlantic waters, the Italian sausage authentic and cooked perfecto (again!). Desert (despite no room for it) I ate it all!! If I wasn't on a date and looking... Had dinner recently at Il Bolognese and ordered the Caprese Burrata which i asked with Olive oil only and followed by the Tagliatelle salsicca. Both dishes were very good and well portioned. I ended with a Panna Cotta which was equally very nice. Service is professional and pro-active. They know when to sell you another glass of wine! All in... More

We've visited multiple times for both lunch and dinner, and each time the food and service are excellent. An authentic Italian meal, certainly worth the price.

Love this place and have been there many times. If you're looking for top quality Italian cuisine in the Sathorn area, this is the restaurant. The service is attentive and friendly, without being overbearing. Some highlights include the fritto misto, several of the pastas, the pizza diavola (it arrives flaming, which is either fantastic or disturbing, depending on your perspective),... More

Spaghetti and Pizza are good but Seafood is not fresh, then it is lower our expectations for this high price. But we are very appreciated the service from the owner that allows us to take the reservation seat.

This would be a top quality Italian no matter where it was so in BKK it was a wonderful find. In terms of starters, both the aubergine/arancini and the beef carpaccio were delicious. And my Nduja pizza was simply perfect. Quite expensive but definitely worth it!

By Customer Tripadvisor review...

This smallish, cozy Italian restaurant in the heart of the city offers some of the best Italian food in Bangkok. Situated in a stand-alone Thai house, it has both indoor and outdoor seating and a room for private parties. The prices are average but the food is exceptionally good. There are weekly specialties on offer but the standard fair includes homemade pastas, salads, antipasti, fish, beef, lamb, chicken, and, of course, their famous pizza. They also have homemade desserts and an impressive wine list as well as a fully-stocked bar. Definitely worth a visit.

Staying in Sathorn

Neighbourhood Profile
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
