Food was alright, service a bit awkward but fine, seems like this place is more for their bar and happening in the weekends

I'm not sure if people's taste for sushi is just different in Asia, or American standards are just far superior. I find that many sushi restaurants in Asia may get good reviews, but after eating there I am more than underwhelmed. Koi is exactly that. Boring combinations, poor quality of fish and just not exciting. If you're looking for great... More

Famous place for models parties which take place mostly on Fridays. Drinks nothing special at all, so the place is good for warm up, meet nice people and go further to explore night BKK.

Been a couple of times in KOI - and it always have the same problem: food is expensive and food is not awesome. With so many Japanese restaurants in Bangkok it makes it difficult to feel like KOI offers great value for money. It has a nice decoration, but thats where things end. I would suggest to review price list... More

Amazing japanese food with attentive servers. Decoration is a differential as well. Be ready to spend at least 40 USD for a good meal with a drink.

The food was ok but nothing to write home about. The decor was different and could be nice and romantic. Unfortunately the water was 70THB for a small one, and on the menu I believe it says it is a large. The English at the bottom of the menu is also not very clear, and therefore it seems as if... Serving Japanese & European food in a intimate surrounding with first class staff. We did eat together (2 persons) and we had 4 pieces of Sushi's and 8 pieces of Hand-made-Rolls, a bottle of water and 1 cocktail for the total price of 1600 Thai baht.

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
