This restaurant offers great views over the beach and sea.
The waitresses were very knowledgeable and the service impeccable.
The food was excellent, every dish was preceded by an amuse.
The wine glasses were chilled and half way the dinner the changed our glasses for a new set of shilled glasses.

We are having the best time with our family & friends. The View is one of the best dining experience, beautiful ambiance and reasonable price given that the menu, taste and plating like a Michelin star restaurant. Thank you to Patt, Yada,Ploy, Beauty and Queen for the perfect service. I recommend the Australian Dry Age 28 days Wagyu Ribeye and the whisky spicy chocolate soup with glazed strawberry & champagne Ice Cream. So heavenly! You’re one of the best Chef White.
We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights so we were able to try all the outlets and facilities.
Pak Thai authentic thai restaurant is unique and the manager Mint is the best.
For the Christmas tree lighting experience and the best daily breakfast thank you to Vincent and Patt.
They are so warm, knowledgeable and communicates well. Thank you to Pink as well for coordinating our airport transfers. The daily breakfast gives the best cuisine fusion.
Our ultimate pool villa is just Excellent, Superb , beautiful & amazing .

It was one of the best dinner in Koh Samui.
High quality of ingredients, all the flavors are so balance that every single bite was so joyful. The location is amazing that you can overlook the resort with spectacular sunset view if come around 6pm.
The service crew also did extremely great job to ensure the seamless experience is provided. Thanks to Beauty, Ploy, White who made the memorable dinner to us!!

The atmosphere is romantic, and it feels like sitting in a restaurant in the middle of a hill view, soaking up nature with a variety of dishes and high-quality ingredients, making every dish delicious and fresh.
The service was friendly and polite, the staff was very impressed with all the attention to detail, and one of his staff provided a flower give (forgive me the name).
Overall, the dining scene is more pleasant, and the food price is reasonable relative to quality—it’s an Italian restaurant worth checking out for enjoying special meals with special people.

The food is so amazing, i love the authenticity and the creativity they put in their dishes, the Dry Age Rib Eye was tender and juice and the Foie Gras Creme Brûlée was amazing, the amazing view of the sea. The restaurant manager is very professional and the staff are all friendly and accommodating. Definitely will be back with more family and friends.

We are visitors from Hong Kong and we enjoyed the dinner here a lot. The food was decent by courses matched with wines served.
The service team,Frong,Queen and Ploy were very friendly to us, introducing the details of food also we chat about the local culture of Samui Thailand. They were helpful in taking photos for us which captured the beautiful moment. We will definitely come back here next time when we visit Samui. Thank you so much guys.

Literally speechless. This is the best restaurant in Thailand. If you want to come here and feel like you’re the only person or couple on the planet, please come. Frong, Queen, Beauty, and Chef White are literally the world best team I have ever experienced. I live in Los Angeles and have been to world class restaurants, but this is something else. The scenery, food, and service is 100/10. I’m so happy to come here, and will remember this place forever. Thank you to the amazing team for a great experience. We got a six course meal and it was sooooooooo good. So many Incredible flavors and so accommodating to what we liked and didn’t like. Get the cotton candy dessert and literally sit back and enjoy because it will literally be one of the most special desserts you will have ever tried.!!! The 4 crew members are the best part, and they all need a raise. I will come back just for the staff!

Our server called Beauty, was absolutely wonderful so kind and personable! She really made the experience a pleasure, we had a table looking over the view and the food was delicious. A Mediterranean offering, good value and we stop off at the bar for a drink prior and it was the best cocktail I’ve had in a long time

I booked this restaurant to celebrate our 18th anniversary.The view dining is worth to visit,
In addition to the delicious dishes, the most special thing is that all the stuff are very enthusiastic. In addition to taking photos for us, they also walk to the table at any time to carefully ask customers if they have any other needs, so that we can have a good night.

Our last night in Koh Samui of our honeymoon and we wanted to make it extra special so booked a table on an evening the restaurant is not normally open - everything was just perfect and meant to be.
A spectacular venue, with views that our pictures do not do justice.
We were greeted by Beauty and she ensured we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived until we left.
Beautifully laid out table with our own little hand made flower bouquets (sorry we had to leave them, but we can’t take them home with us)
We chose the set menu and received various extra dishes on top of it.
The lobster, French onion soup and beef were all amazing. The Chef even came out to speak to us and we had a wonderful man paying the saxophone all evening.
Thank you Beauty and the team for a wonderful evening.

It's part of Hotel Ritz Carton. We came here for dinner and the occasin was my 75th birthday. We stared with a beautiful wine Moulin de Gassac Chardonnay with Avocado Bruschetta. In main course we had Seard Porcini Orzo Risotto. It was a veg one which the Chef specially made for us being vegetarian. The wine and food was extremely good.
This restaurant is located on a small hill. The view from top of entire Koh Samui was brethtaking. Even the buggy ride from entrance to restaurant was exciting. The service was impeccable. My wife had informed them about the occasion and it was nice of them to put a Happy Birthday strip on the table. The pleasant surprise was when after dinner they brought a small cake and staff sang Happy Birthday for me. Thanks a lot France, Poii, Beauty, Queen, Anna and Chef White. We will treasure this beautiful memories forever.

Fantastic Service and great food quality. Outstanding kindness and very delicious meals. After the main course the chef came around to ask if we are satisfied with the chosen menu. Just perfect.
The waitress made the evening a wonderful experience with a very lovely surprise for the birthday of our daughter.

We had the best experience at The View restaurant, is inside of The Ritz Carlton but open to everybody. We are staying at the Kimpton hotel and we decided to have a Mediterranean Night out at The View. The chef created a new full menu with incredible multiple options from risotto to fish and seafood. My favorite was the lobster risotto and the Mud crab with caviar, at the recommendation of Beauty, our excellent server. She helped guide us with each option. All of the team and staff made us feel very welcome and they were very nice, the chef also made possible accommodating my gluten intolerance with very good gluten free bread. Me and my husband were delighted by the views, the incredible staff and the mediterranean cuisine. Also champagne by the glass made my dinner 🤍 Highly recommend, I am from Spain and I had such a great experience.

The spot is great for a romantic evening, the ambience is so beautiful and intimate. Beauty is the name of the lady who hosted us, and she was amazing! So genuine, kind and caring and she gave us amazing recommendations. The beetroot carpaccio was amazing, the mushroom pasta was so tasty, and the wagyu beef was cooked to excellence - the truffle gravy was divine. The staff were so accommodating, and even cooked the beef further for us, so it was very Welldone. Thank you so much Beauty for your help and your exceptional world class service.

Superbbb!!!!! . thanks for making my night very special.
I was stayed at the Ritz Carlton on the beginning of December 2023 for 2 night, i heard a lot of the restaurant reputation from my friends who was stayed at the ritz and visited the restaurant before.
Although i informed concierge to reserve a table on my first day to be dinner with my friends here.
I arrived at the restaurant of about 6.30 PM which is already dawn but that was not a problem at all, becuase making the vibes there was so romantics caused from a warm lighting and surrounding atmosphere.
I would like to summarize my review on 3 main point.
Staff
The crew who came to greating and services us are khun Queen , khun Beauty also chef . They are very generous with obviously well trained .
I would say they are put their hearth on their job ,then outcome makes me and my friends very impressed and unforgettable on their services.
Taste
Is out of my expectation every dishes are cooked very tasty, especially wagu stake i m not even dipping with sause, meat very juicy and rich of flavor as you can see on photo i posted under this review.
Beverage.
khun Queen suggested me alot of good beverages such as cocktails, sparkiling and the hero is Broduxe wine from france which is my favorite.
If i can rate this restuarant i would get 100 out of 10. ^_^.
