We been here couple times before but after today incident, I felt obliged to review.
At first the service, waitress is promptly take us to table and hand us a menu at no problem.
We have ordered Foie Gras & Scallop, T55 Waldorf Salad and Main course Medium rare Tenderloin.
The appetizer and salad served and its one of the best so far.
As for the problem was at our main course it was coming at well done. since we come to enjoy the food. We really don’t mind the main course. It would be a bit disappointed but we still enjoy those. Until our server notice that and ask everything was alright?
So, we informed the overcooked main course and our server immediately take the action by apologize to us first and come up with the new steak and the overcooked one was on the house!!!
We are grateful and impress with the whole restaurant action to satisfy the guest.
I recommend this restaurant if you have a chance to visit Pattaya or Jomtien area. Its one of the cant miss

Best steakhouse in Pattaya so far...meat was grilled to perfection, I had a USA Rib-eye, full of flavor, came along with many choices of salt, and mustards. Really impressed with the quality of the product for the price.
Service was also attentive and courteous.
Highly recommended!

My family and I had a tomahawk steak for 1,100 gram with red wine. It was superb! The steak was really delicious and juicy. The curly fries and the dips were also tasty. We really enjoyed our dinner here. The dinner was perfect!

Just had the best steak ever at this spot! Even it's not wagyu beef, the chef handled it beautifully. The crab ravioli was loaded with crab meat and that lobster sauce was on point. The house bread was soft and tasty, and shoutout to Airrin, Nuchy, Nan, Aun, Saiphin, and Earth for the awesome service. Big thanks to the chef too! We're definitely coming back on our next trip.

We heard about T55 New York Grill on the local radio station and decided to try it out. And we were not disappointed in fact we were pleasantly surprised.
On arrival we were greeted and made very welcome. The ambience was very good and the views over the complex / ocean were exceptional.
The service (headed by Nancy restaurant manager) and Ton was beyond reproach.
The sea food soup appetiser followed by the steak was beautifully served and succulent. My partner had the ceased salad followed by salmon which was moist and tender.
The serving staff were courteous, friendly, and proffedsional.
Overall rating of our experience was a 9.5/10

Excellent foods and services. Ribeye steak was perfectly cooked as order (medium rare) juicy and tasty. Salmon steak and pork chop for kids also great. Everyone enjoy it so much. We will definitely be back again for sure.

Came out to T55 New York Grill for our anniversary dinner. Great steak cooked perfectly to our liking, and to top it off, we received the most amazing dinner service. Chef Beam with Chef Mark, and service staffs Litchy, Aun, and Sarah gave us a very memorable anniversary evening.

Meat vegetable starter and wine were excellent.
Unfortunately, our waitress doesn't have much idea about the service, which is a big negative point when two people spend over 8,000 baht.
No idea what kind of wines were available, then came unsharp knives that the service staff even touched by the cutting edge. Yes, you also confused the grill level of our meat. It's a shame that no value is placed on the good training of the service staff.

This quality of service and consistency is rarely found. The attention to the smallest details in this steakhouse bring me to highly recommend this dinning experience of aged hand cut imported steaks. In particular the staff. One stands out , the bar man DAY. Thank you for your positive attitude and your knowledge and willingness to promote your employer.

We arrived unannounced and unexpectedly as it was my wife's birthday and we decided on spoiling ourselves at a quality restaurant.
The staff, from the reception to the waitress (Airrin) and manager were exceptional in catering for our needs.
The food was out of this world, thank you to the chefs for producing a steak to perfection. We were also pleased to receive a birthday cake and the staff came out to sing 'Happy Birthday! I requested their names - so thank you Airrin, Nan, Nuchy, Game and Flim!
We have rebooked for a few days later because it was such a welcoming experience.
Highly recommended restaurant!

Presented were many different dishes: fish, meat, desserts. Everything is delicious, interestingly presented. Fish delicacies are varied: oysters (Korea and France), lobster native and Canadian. My kid really liked the sausage products, the pastries and desserts, the chocolate fountain. We were very pleased, didn't regret attending Sunday brunch. Nice Restaurant, great service but the meat is pure average. I had a 270 days dry aged Ribeye. Tast was good but the meat itself had too many tiny tendons. It was actually tough to cut. Considering the price (THB 1800.-) I have to say it’s not worth the money. I had much better ribeye steaks, including my own ones. Don’t go back!
