We ate a few dishes at Number 6 and they were all good. There is always a bit of a que (not usually more than 10min or so), just because it is so popular. Worth the trip!

So the hotel recommended this place to us and it was great food when we tried it we took a tuc tuc up the hill from outside the rest in patong to number 2, ended up eating there 4 times. Unfortunately the last time we ate in the one in patong and i ended up with food poisoning and in... More

Somehow this restaurant became quiet popular in the area and I believe is mostly because of the cheap prizes and the good food. The place itself is very busy and noisy. There was only chinese customers around 17:30 which was a bit awkward for me.The service is very unpleasant as you feel that they dont really give a sh.t how you... You will probably see a line for this place, and that should be your first indication that this place is great. The pad thai is amazing and reasonably priced. Their shakes are refreshing and go well with their curry, which isn't really spicy, good for foreigners. Everyone around us was ordering pineapple fried rice and seemed really happy. We kept... This is the up-market, up-the-hill, sister restaurant of the crowded town-centre small-and-packed No. 6. You can gain access to it by free shuttle from the town-centre version and this is very worthwhile because the higher restaurant has so much space between tables, a much better menu, and a fine view of Patong (night or day). We dined there twice and... More

My boyfriend and I ate here our first night in Patong. The restaurant is on the next street parallel to the beach. It is really small and has a huge line every night but they offer a free shuttle to their other location so you don't have to wait. The fruit shakes are amazing! We shared the pad thai which... I have been looking for a breakfast place that serves steam rice and other thai food instead of the traditional western bacon and eggs etc. This place is always busy during lunch and dinner so something must be good about it. I finally got a chance to try it for breakfast. I ordered a steam rice with shrimp and vegetables... More

We visited the number six restaurant at the mountain location and were blown away at the cheap prices and fantastic food. The view was also amazing!

We come here every time we come to Patong. If you don't mind waiting in a queue for 10-20mins or sharing a table with a whole lot of other people then you'll get to enjoy cheap tasty Thai. They do have a restaurant up the hill and provide free transport up there. It's very pretty and also very busy but... More
