As a lover of Vietnamese cuisine, I had high expectations for bánh cuốn, and it did not disappoint. The dish was a true representation of the delicate artistry that goes into traditional Vietnamese cooking. The rice rolls were incredibly thin and had a smooth, almost...translucent quality.More

Eating spring rolls is a delightful experience, taking the senses into a symphony of flavors and textures. The initial crunch when biting through the thin, crispy rice paper exterior will give way to a fresh and vibrant filling mixture. The combination of succulent shrimp or...other proteins, crunchy vegetables and sometimes vermicelli creates a harmonious blend that satisfies both the palate and appetite. Banh Cuon Ba Hanh really makes me excited. I hope to come back here next time and enjoy it againMore

The banh cuon here is delicious and fresh. The thin, smooth layer of cake combined with meat and raw vegetables creates a wonderful flavor. In particular, the standard fish sauce is attractive. Price is also reasonable. Banh cuon is a delicious and light dish, perfect...for breakfast. I really like this.More

This dish is made from rice, one of the main foods of Vietnamese people, which is interesting. I heard the staff say that to make this dish, we have to go through many different steps to create soft and smooth white cake layers. We were...instructed by the staff that when eating, we should have some raw vegetables and side dishes. I found this cake quite interesting and delicious. In addition, the staff here are very enthusiastic with me and my friends. I really have a soft spot for the restaurant's staff.More

The rice paper was made right in front of us, the staff bent over backwards to accommodate our request for cold white wine (not common in Hanoi) and the food was fantastic! Really enjoyed the lemongrass skewers, really cheap eat with great service!! Total was...79,000 VND for two filling meals. Equiv of less than $6AUD. Highly recommend for north Vietnamese food- a different experience and taste to what you would find in Saigon.More

Sweet lady making some great Banh cuon here. She steams those pancakes right in front of you like you’ve coming over for lunch at her pad. Polite service, cute setting, and delicious food. Highly recommend!
