Great spot to watch fresh rice noodle ( Banh Cuon ) be made and eat them with delicious fillings such as egg, mushrooms, banana, etc. Host was super welcoming to us foreign western guests with good english. Great experience!

The rice paper was made right in front of us, the staff bent over backwards to accommodate our request for cold white wine (not common in Hanoi) and the food was fantastic!
