It was not just fun!! it was amazingly educational tour, when you go through narrow isles in the market wondering what all these exotic fruits an vegetables.but you can not find out unless you can speak Vietnamese. I had such a friendly tour guide that she answered to all my questions. and cooking part was also so fun! it was... More

My wife and I booked this 1/2 day cooking school which started with a walking tour of the French quarter markets. Tham our guide was fantastic, her command of English and knowledge of all the fruit and vegetables was excellent. It is so much better to walk around when all the small things are highlighted. The cooking school located above... More

This was our first cooking class in Vietnam. We were greeted in our hotel lobby by one of the chefs. She hailed a taxi and took us to the restaurant. It has a cute, homey feel to it inside. We were given coffee and had the schedule explained to us. Then the chef took us on a tour of the... More

This is a nice small restaurant situated in the Old Quarters, Bat Dan Str. The staff are friendly and warm and a couple of them do speak reasonably good English. They do have a variety if food ranging from Vietnamese to Western dishes. My friend tried the Vietnamese beef noodle soup while I settled for the Carbonara. Both were decently... More

This is the second cooking class I've done in Vietnam (first was in Saigon), and it was really good. I did it by myself (I did the vegetarian one which I guess isn't as popular). Highlight was the market trip where the guide showed me lots of interesting foods and explained vegetables and fruits. She knew all the obscure terms... More

This was the first time taking a Cooking Class abroad. And iT was the most amazing experience ever! The staff were friendly and very approachable. We were guided through the street markets to purchase the ingredients. It was definitely a hands-on experience especially with the cooking as we were able to chop our vegetables. I would recommend this to anybody... More

The staff service is excellent and food tastes great (they also have additional recipes for vegetarians). The shopping through the markets was both interesting and delicious. In all, I felt we definitely got our money's worth :)

I did the cooking class with my 3 friends this morning and we absolutely loved it. We went to the market first for about an hour and it was amazing to see all the fresh produce and try lots of new and different fruits! Loved wandering around. After this we came back and prepared the food. The chef was really... More
