Had lunch in the bar area. Service was excellent, presentation wonderful, flavours delicious. Would recommend the Mekong Soft Shell Crab, the Chefs special spring rolls and the Char grilled pork.

i enjoyed there buffet dinner twice and it was great. there were plenty of dishes to try both european and vietnamese.
The buffet breakfast is quite elaborate from western to local choices. It has got something for everybody and even strict vegetarians are also not disappointed. Ample and open seating with a view to lobby is very pleasing. The services at the restaurant are quite prompt.
Poor service, uninteresting food, really overpriced. We tried different types of food and they are well below average. Satff find hard to understand either english or vietnamese
This was the first time I had dinner in this restaurant. We had ordered their ribeye steak, salmon and salad. The steak was very juicy and nicely cooked. The salmon was fantastic. Simply love the taste of it. Big serving of salad to be shared...More
it's not only recommended for local foreign tourist should try this one out, it really good Hanoi dish, there are 2 Cha Ca Anh Vu, the one i have been in Giang Vo road.
Sure, get out and explore Hà Nội. But if you are staying in the Pullman Hotel and are not the adventurous type, you could do worse than eat here. The breakfast is, in my view fabulous, with a wide range of fruits, Asian, "Continental", and...More
Pullman hotel as a hotel is a fantastic hotel to stay… However the restaurant La Cheminee, for a hotel based restaurant has a long way to go to ensure I come back there to dine.. The breakfast as many reviewers have said is plenty. However...More
Had lunch at a 4 star Hilton the day before so I was expecting a similar or better standard of service and food from the Pullman restaurant. First I started getting suspicious when I looked at the guests, there were many people traveling on a...More
I have been to this restaurant many times. Their breakfast buffet is excellent. I also had dinner (both, buffet and a la cart) many times in this restaurant during my stay at the Pullman hotel. Everything is wonderful about this place: Food, wine, service and...More
The breakfast buffet is unbelievable. Whatever type of breakfast be it continental, Asian, American, is available (at no cost for hotel guests) Evening meals are very good, but pricey for Vietnam.
We had a great meal here, well worth the effort. The menu is extensive and the service is extremely attentive.
Price is very expensive with water around 5$ (not even brand nam water - I can buy outside like 50 cents). Meal is super expensive like 700,000 vnd for lamb.
Good Vietnamese delicacies available here. Limited availability of vegetarian food though. Good spread of fruits for the morning breakfast. Can also get some quick bites at short notice.
The food and service was good as you would expect in a hotel restaurant. There was only a limited selection of Vietnamese food which I found strange.
