I booked for dinner with guests, but had awful experience and so dissapointed. *Quality: not so special and delicious. *Price: So pricy, not worth quality and service. *Service: So terrible, no hospitality and felt even disrespected from waiter. Due to their bad service, I was seriously nervous because we had precious guests. I think there are lots of better options... More

Good food, dishes are big. Lovely place in D1. Service a bit slow but professional. Very good pineapple rice!

I ordered three dishes Vietnam traditional food, it said the imperial court food. The food was included chemical ingredient, "ajinomoto," and I found a hair in the food.

We were told good things about this place but I would describe it as anything but good. Food was very slow, service was bad and the tastes were bland and some of the worst food I've had in Vietnam. One to avoid.

There are several branches in Ho Chi Minh and my personal experience was in the District 1 branch of TIB. The entrance to this branch looks like a spooky alley but this is the very same one that George Bush visited as I saw the various posters on the wall. Food is excellent and the presentation is wonderful.

Vietnamese food from Hue region is different to Vietnamese food from Ho Chi Minh city or from Hanoi......so if you haven't been at Hue(or middle Vietnam) or just want to taste, this restaurant is recommended. Indeed I was introduced for business dining by my friend and I found its interior and decoration as well as furniture are representing old days... More

The fact that an US President ate at a place doesn't necessary make the food fantastic. However, the price is fantastic. The 4 of us paid over US$50 each for a few beers, spring roll, crab crawls, tiny clam with rice biscuit, and 1 or 2 more dishes. The food is nice but no fantastic; I am comparing the food... More

We went here for dinner yesterday after reading some "great reviews" about this restaurant. Wanted to celebrate the beginning of our holidays. Honestly, It was nothing special at all and even tasteless & way too overpriced in my opinion. The service and the setting was kind of nice but too much contrast with the "nothing special" food (that we didn't appreciate... I can't say I'm a massive fan of either George W Bush or former Australian Prime Minister John Howard, but they got it completely right when they decided to come to Tib for dinner. I have had some fantastic meals while on holiday in Vietnam, but this one just kind of knocked it out of the park. The restaurant is... More

A very sad experience indeed. This restaurant was recommended by a friend and either she has awful taste or the quality has dropped. Vastly overpriced food which can be found in many other places with a better atmosphere. We took some visiting clients there and really wish we hadn't. After eating here we took them for some street food which they... More
