Spent our last night here with a family of five. Loved the ambiance and the staff are super helpful. Small funky place with a well thought out menu and wine list. You have the choice of a la carte or their preferred selection of set...More

A jewel in Ho Chi Minh. Different set menu to share. A bit pricey. Good ambience. For sure I will come back here!

Excellent and delicious food. Go try new modern Vietnamese. The crab rice is lovely. The pork chops is a must try.

For a different more refined take on a Vietnamese dining experience, you must come here. The quality and presentation is as good as it gets. We got the tasting menu 4 with the elephant fish (so crispy) and some other dishes: the crispy tofu and...More

I had a friend come visit in town and he really wanted to go somewhere different and unique to Saigon. And after seeing a video about $100 pho, we agreed on Anan. So we made a reservation and I had to come pay a 50%...More

Ordered tacos, pizza, and coconut coffee. Was not impressed with the food especially charging US prices for them. There can be room for improvement. Tacos and pizza seemed to be made of the same ingredients for the hard, thin outer covering which doesn't do anything...More

Must go if you are looking for an interesting dining experience in Saigon. Anan is located in the middle of a busy market and has a great rooftop view to Saigon skyline. Well done Vietnamese fusion food, great choice of cocktail, reasonable price. Always a...More

It was my wife's idea to venture out to this hidden restaurant in the middle of what seems to be a local wet market. At first I was a little skeptical when we got there but it turned out to be the best meal we've...More

After a pretty average dinner I was shocked to see they'd added 15% on top of prices that are more Soho than Saigon. The kids didn't like the pizzas at all, my tacos just lacked zing, my wife's salad was nice. It's had enough to...More

Anan provided such an exquisite dining atmosphere and experience. Mr. Franklin puts such great effort and love into the food he creates, and his vision for the restaurant is inspiring.

Description
About Anan Saigon: The name of the restaurant is ănăn, which also means ‘eat eat’. It is located in Chợ Cũ Tôn Thất Đạm, a wet market right in the center of bustling Saigon. We specialize in street food-inspired dishes created by the award-winning chef Peter Cuong Franklin. Chef Peter’s creative Vietnamese cuisine reflects his vision of a Vietnam that is deeply respectful of its history and traditions yet progressive and international in its outlook. He takes inspiration from the country’s vibrant food culture and uses fresh ingredients often sourced from local markets while incorporating French culinary techniques. The result is a focused menu of deeply flavorsome dishes that are all intended to pair perfectly with our bar’s diverse selection of local craft beers, carefully curated wines, and tropical inspired cocktails.
