A really wonderful little restaurant for a birthday dinner while in Saigon for the weekend. Just the sort of place I always want to find. It is beautifully done up and has a lovely ambience, but most importantly the food is delicious.
It was the second time I experienced dinning at La Cuisine. As great as the first time. The seared foie gras was one of the best I ever had and the duck breast was cooked perfectly. Attentive and professional waiters. Nice authentic French restaurant.
