I enjoy Asian Soup Breakfasts better than the usual western egg and toast. We headed to Sam Doo looking for Rice Soup but found instead the wanton noodle soup which did the job nicely. The staff are courteous; we were the only westerners having breakfast. The complimentary Chinese tea is a bonus. Recommended!

Already well-known among the locals, who often pack the restaurant, it has a typical Chinese restaurant ambience - nothing fancy but good solid cooking. A decent variety of dim sum complements the servings of rice, noodles and porridge, all done to Cantonese taste.

Am addicted to their Peking Duck Noodles soup, Ha Gao, Xui Mai and etc... The coco juice is quite tasty and Beef Loklak as well! Since 2009 that i know the restaurant, always go there when i think noodles...enjoy! Abit difficult to deal with staff sometimes but not all the times...

The restaurant offers a variety of Chinese food, but we came at the recommendation of ethnic Chinese to try dim sums. The restaurant is very modestly decorated, without much ambiance, but dim sums are quite good..

This restaurant serve Chinese food and also have dim sum. I like their egg noodles with fish ball which comes with fish ball and fish cakes. The staff there some do speak Chinese so that for those who cannot speak khemer need not afraid of communication problem. Average price per person: USD4-10.00

They can even help you top up your local phone credit e.g Smart (Smart is a service provider FYI.) o Delicious Chinese (Cantonese) food in Phnom Penh. o Salted chicken is a must try! The chicken used here is lean and... More

Having lived in pp for 9 years, I must have driven by this place dozens if not hundreds of times. Finally tried it and was not disappointed. The bbq pork was very lean. They make a good fried rice with shrimp and pork. Also enjoyed a beef dish with fried noodles and vegetables. some of the other items are hit-and-miss,... More

Best dim sum restaurant in Phnom Penh. Chinese food in Cambodia is often too greasy and expensive but this place is brilliant. Good too for vegetarians. Lots of Chinese eat here. For two people can eat 8 plates of dim sum for less than USD 20.

Went here because it was highly rated in the Lonely Planet and here. Was disappointed. Looks like a fast food restaurant on walking in, plastic decor and booths. On receiving the menu, the waitress stood looking at us tapping her foot off the floor while we tried to read the extensive menu - pretty off putting! We politely asked her... More
