The cafe living room is a nice relaxed cafe which serves great breakfasts. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The prices are reasonable. The terrace is very green with plants and trees and offers a cool break from the sun. In all a good breakfast and lunchtime cafe.

A real secret of Phnom Penh and an expat haven from the busy streets, its located on Street 306 heading towards the Royal Palace direction (the entrance is hidden by sprawling trees and plants). A very relaxing, airy and open restaurant that serves excellent breakfasts, salads, sandwiches and smoothies. This is the place to get amazing food while enjoying their... More

We just drove by and saw a lot of tuktuks & motos parked outside, on a whim we stopped to check out what's inside and it was a surprise treat to find it! Nice place, very quiet, almost like a library (good for small intimate groups, but it could be a nightmare for big groups wanting a nice loud chat).... More

Went there recently with a group of friends for breakfast. The upstairs balcony is great, you feel tucked away from the world. It is a little more expensive than other places but my breakfast and blueberry and mango smoothie were very delicious! Staff were very attentive - I would definitely return :)

Ate here several times as it was around the corner from my hostel, the Mad Monkey. It has a very cozy, restful atmosphere and I found it a great place to read and chill out. Lots of expats hang out here and have meetings - I can see why. I really liked the food particularly as I was craving fresh... More

This is the place you want for coffee, tea -- and meetings. Lots of small rooms so you can meet in private.

A calming, cooling sanctuary. Friendly and leisurely paced staff, good food if you fancy something familiarly western and reliable free wireless Internet.

The Living Room is a quiet and leafy place on a relatively quiet street. As has been noted in some of the negative reviews, the service can be pretty draggy at times, but if you are not in a rush, it is not terrible. I have had both lunch and breakfast here and the food is good. The breakfasts I... More

We lived near this place when we first arrived in Cambodia so went there very often. In short, you can find cheaper places but we found the quality of food was consitently good. Staff has it's good days and bad days and could probably do with a bit more training but some are exceptionally friendly and provide top service. Try... More

Looking for a nice brunch place on the weekend? Living Room is your place. Nice little courtyard, (oh they do have a playroom inside for kids) in a quiet block. There was some mess up in terms of orders but the fish sandwich that came was to die for! Oh, I can still taste that wholesome amazing flavor even as... More
