Excellent choice for dinner, especially if you like steaks. Lovely atmosphere. Good sized outside part. Nice selection of spirits.

First, Tashkent is not really known for it's great selection of restaurants, unless you really like plov and shashlik. That said, Amaretto is a lovely little Italian restaurant. The food is good, the service is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. Other reviewers have commented that it is somewhat expensive, but I don't really understand that. Their prices are... This place did a great job in a city where certain ingredients are hard to source. We were a group of 30 and the meals were timed and prepared to our needs.

My family and I found the restaurant a total delight! The outside seating arrangement was a pleasant welcome after walking for hours in the city. The staff were super attentive. The food, arrived in a reasonable time, was super yummy! The pastas were divine! They also offered a great wine selection. To top it off, we had live classical music... More

Everything is expensive comparing to Uzbek rates which are low comparing to Europe and such. I paid about 26$ for a beer, two desserts and ice tea. I was there when there was live jazz music which was really nice and the cool the air outside. I would recommend the place but just decide before that you're willing to pay... More

We went her on our first night in town, and it was a good choice to acclimatise a little. Food is excellent, wine is ok, prices are quite high. Location outside is very nice.

I would not get the four cheese penne again but everything else was excellent! The ravioli is GREAT! and they have a fruit platter that is great albeit expensive, but it's Uzbekistan. Overall it was pretty reasonably priced!

We chose this restaurant as a lonely planet guide recommendation. We wanted to go to another one - their pick- but it had closed two years ago. Amaretto staff do not speak a lot of English as suggested in the guide but the food was pretty good especially the baked perch which was delicious. They take US as well as... More

Thanks to Amaretto for their tiramisus! For great pasta, pizza and caeser salad with chicken! For their cold cuts and fried chicken breast! The list can go on: whether it is a date, a friends' get together or a treat for your own self on a quite afternoon at their terrace, all is good with them! Great wine. And great... More

I didn't rate this very high but this is where I always order my pizza from. It is a decent place but not spectacular. The wait staff is good. It is definitely worth trying.

This was one of my favorite restaurants in Tashkent. It was elegent, relatively inexpensive, and delicious. Rack of lamb in a pastry crust with red wine reduction - yum. A find for all travelers
