The served baklava was so delicious but the price needs to be reviewed. The Hafiz Mustafa coffee is also of great taste, however the shop does not sell coffee for expresso machine, only boiled coffee available.

Excellent large variety of Turkish delight. Has been around for over a century. Well located in Taksim Square close to metro & accessible by taxi. Also lots of delicious desserts. Has a restaurant serving mainly hot or cold drinks and dessert. Nice to place to sit & relax after shopping.

If you like a taste of the local desserts this is definitly one the places to go to. Go have a seat and order either a typical baklava' or kadaif with tea, a slice of cake , a pudding with coffee or sahlep.

One of the rare places where you can find what you want and what you wish to eat and drink ( sweets, delights, cakes, tea, coffee, sahlab, konfe, etc...) The great thing about Hafiz Mostafa is available all around Istanbul and you feel that you must set and drink and eat in it to complete your beautiful journey in Istanbul.... More

I love tea and sweets from hafiz mostafa. You should visit there in a rainy day or at the end of a long night.

Staying in Grand Bazaar

Neighbourhood Profile
Grand Bazaar
Tourists, hawkers, and locals come together at the Grand Bazaar to comb its labyrinthine passageways in search of a bargain – be it a pair of brand name jeans, a handcrafted silk rug, or a perfectly brewed cup of tea. Outside the vast bazaar, worn, narrow streets wind their way down from its lofty perch to the southern shore of the Golden Horn, where the evocatively aromatic Spice Bazaar beckons alongside the elegant New Mosque (opened in 1665). Nearby, the famed Galata Bridge offers pedestrian access to urban delights across the river in Istanbul’s more residential and contemporary neighbourhoods, while the must-see sights of Sultanahmet are but a leisurely stroll away.
