I was in three Moroccan restaurants: in Paris, in Marrakesh (Morocco) and in, well, Jerusalem. Sorry to say it, but, the Jerusalem one was a disappointment. The food is over-spiced and for an European, it is a little difficult. I like oriental spices, but to a limit. Well, at Darna, it was.....limitless !!!!! Most of the food is sweet because... More

We were in a group of 24 people--and were treated as individuals...our waiters, two young boys, were absolutely wonderful! the lemonade and pita bread kept coming and coming without even asking,. the food was so good!! one might think one was in Morocco due to the atmosphere..,...

Last visit was two years ago and we returned two weeks ago again. It was cold outside but also inside. The plates were freezing cold which was of course not good for the food. The waitress did not react on our remark about it. Since there were only a few guests they did not bother to light the candle on... More

A unique little restaurant that is a bit expensive but fun to go to. I think the restaurant has seen better days - it is a bit worn - the tables and chairs - and the costume the waitress wore - but it is cute and a destination. I hope it is just worn but clean! The tea service is... More

Interesting little place, foreigners seem to make up most of the clientele. The service was friendly and quick. We shared a plate of salads as a starter, seriously sufficient for two. Salads, barring the beetroot, which was a little on the boring side, were excellent. I then had the chicken couscous, and my partner opted for the meatballs. Both dishes... More

Awesome experience. Great entertainment - this night there was a belly dancer who got everyone up and dancing. Reasonably priced wine as well.

The colors and flavors were very interesting and unexpected. The service was relaxed and enjoyable. The adventurous adults had a great meal of complex flavors but the kids under 13 really could not get excited about the one "kid friendly" choice of Kabob.

Great restaurant with a very nice French speaking owner, who is welcoming every guest. We had two Tajines (lamb and artichoke), Pasteriya (kind of chicken meat and fruits pie), salads and variety of Moroccan cookies with tea. All food was great! Very tasty, nice served. The interior of the restaurant designed in a traditional Moroccan style. Also, the wine cart... More
