Lavan is located in the Jerusalem Cinemateque. is a dairy restaurant offering pastas, salads, sandwiches and fish meals. The atmosphere is pleasant. You can eat in the main space or on the balcony which offers a great view of the Old City walls.

I brought my niece and we had a terrific time. It was a huge splurge but everything we tasted was so good it had us humming. The waiters were great too.

Located at the Cinematique it offers a lovely view with its proximity to the Old City. We had pizza and ravioli and they were delicious. A unique soup to start really hit the spot. Good value!
