This restaurant is the real deal with homemade, slow cooked meals. I found it to be tasty but very expensive.

This place is good overall, but perhaps my expectations were a little higher given how people rave about it. For me, this was very average Middle Eastern food in a very average location. There was nothing bad, but there was nothing great either.

A great Resturant that started as a workers restaurant in the Machana Yehuda market ,love the slow cooking comfort food ,with its fresh produce and herbs from the market ,great service and low prices ,take in to consideration that you might have to wait for a table ,but it is well worth it ,not to miss 👍😊

Friends had recommended this place so we made a point of stopping in when we were at the Machane Yehuda market. It did not disappoint! Rather than hand us a menu, the waitress walked us over to the kitchen window to show us what was available. 7 or 8 dishes were on display in giant pots. Everything looked great so... More

Very nice food, and good service, when the weather is nice and it's the tourist stadium it could be a little bit crauded.

Out of 8 days in Israel this place beat them all. Amazing service and food beyond belief. A must go. We tried to cram in as many visits as we could in the time we had. This place will not disappoint!

A great local restaurant featuring authentic tasty food and a lively atmosphere. Recommended for lunch if you are in the Market. A bit hard to find.

Ate here with friends in their recommendation and was very grateful... The main dish- kind of goulash with potatoes was excellent. It is slow cooked and the meet and potatoes absorbs the wonderful and rich taste. Since I was not that hungry I didn't have a chance to also try their soups and the other interesting dishes they have on... More
