Although the food was fine, the service was not. I came in to dine alone, and the place was about half full. After the hostess told me I could sit wherever I wanted, I sat down at a four person table - the only kind they had left. After whispering with another staff person, she came to tell me, clearly... our local retaurant was a lovely place to eat however it has changed dramatically and we will not go back. After our last bad experience we decided to give it another try - a big mistake. It was less than half full whenwe arrived and plenty of waiters hanging aroung doing very little. We finally orderedstartesr (soup & a sandwich... More

The restaurant is right on the border of a residential area and near the center of town. Food is good and well served but the location can mean it gets noisy,

We went on a Saturday night and it picked up as it got later. Very nice ambiance, romantic but cool and casual. The menu is meat-free. All 3 dishes we ordered were fresh and delicious. Th hot chocolate was beautiful!

Delicious food, inviting atmosphere. Our party of six enjoyed a variety of pasta dishes, with cheese cake desserts. Food portions were appropriate, prices match the setting. Will return!

We have been staying in Jerusalem for 2 weeks to celebrate our son's wedding. We stayed very close to Cafe de Paris and ate there four different times. We found the staff warm and friendly and the food was great. On the morning of the wedding, we had a festive breakfast, topped off by a celebratory pastry with a sparkler... More

Although I have visited this restaurant before I was very disappointed with my lunch choice today. iI ordered fish stew at 69 shekels, approx.£15 pounds and received a small snack! Some spicy tomato sauce, a few chickpeas and 4 small pieces of white fish with skin on. I had to consume 2 pieces of bread as I was of course... More

We had planned to go to a different café for breakfast which was closed so we got "stranded" here because it was in our neighbourhood. We had walked past it before, because from the outside it doesn't look like much but then got totally surprised with the best breakfast we had in Jerusalem! The interior is, compared to other Israeli... More

I had two great meals here during my 3 days in Jerusalem! My first taste of shakshuka was delicious and not too spicy, served with chewy whole-grain bread with fresh butter and jam, coffee and a small vegetable salad. I sat at the center bar, which was surprisingly comfortable, and read something on my tablet, surrounded by other solo travelers... More

Three of us dined at Café de Paris in the heart of Rechavia, Jerusalem, yesterday lunchtime. One ordered a pasta dish which she enjoyed, which was so filling that she took half of it home. The other two ordered quiche & salad. One ordered onion & the other, broccoli. Both agreed that each was large enough for two, but had... More
