I visited the place because our tour guide recommend it. If I recognised the "cleanness" of this place may first impression was don't go. Finaly I think let's survey and we ordered and eat. The food was ok the price as well. But please don't visit the restroom if not necessary. The cleanness is very far from European expectation...

This is my favorite hummus in Jerusalem. The falafel is perfect. We received good service. Ask for prices in advance before ordering. If you speak Arabic or travel with someone who does, it's even better. I go here on every visit to Jerusalem.

Abu Gosh is a traditional place for all Israelis & tourists to come visit and enjoy an oriental meal. We wanted Humos and went to the 2nd restaurant in the village belonging to the Sun . The father holds another location about 1 km away. The service was pleasant ,salads and humos good -in short a pleasant place to visit.We... More

Absolutely delicious! Luckily we had a local guide who ordered all the best dishes, and we had an amazing lunch for about 50 shekels.

Tons of food, amazing hummus and very attentive service, the food came fast and no one left hungry, that's for sure. I think they also have a place at Sarona market in Tel Aviv.

This is a very well known place in the Old City for hummus. I can confirm that it is inexpensive, tasty, and fast. Definitely worth hitting if you're on your way to the nearby points of interest like the Via Dolarosa or the Holy Sepulchre. However, I would also recommend some alternatives that one can not list because there is... More

This restaurant serves mostly hummus and falafel. The restaurant itself is not big but pretty crowded as it is situated in the middle of the market in the Old City of Jerusalem, a very touristy spot! A tip for everyone who would like to eat in the restaurants in or around the market in Old City....please, ask for the price... More

I liked this place overall as a quick lunch while on a walking tour of the old city. I went with a local guide, so yes, this is definitely a spot used to tourists and I agree with others to ask for a menu with prices before ordering. Our lunch was plentiful and cheap (as it should be). The falafel... More

Known old place with Excelent humos and falafel ! But you feel the place lack of hygiene Toilettes need more cleaning ! Sinks are disgusting ! No papers to dry your hands You feel the Staff who work there need to have cleaner clothes if they work with food !

I visited Abu Shukri restaurant with my family and we had a nice lunch without any drinks. Usual stuff. Some chicken, lamb and kebab with a set at small salad dishes. The price at the end was shocking for this type of let's be honest fast food. 400NIS equivalent to $120. The guy even demanded a tip. If going there... More
