Been on 15 th of September
Great location -we were seated on the balcony
Exceptional service -professional,kind ,
Now for the main issue-the food
The blue crab was incredible-one of the best dishes ever !!
Also the Gnocchi with shrimps and coquille saint jacque -heavenly!...Dessert -pistachio cream and white chocolate with black sesame-very special and exquisite taste
I highly recommend the restaurant to anyone who understands gourmet food
One of the best restaurants in Israel in my opinion
I am a well traveled person having sampled restaurants in Hong Kong, Singapore, New York, Paris, London,Normandy,Italy etc
Your restaurant stands with the best no doubt!!
Thank you for a very special evening for my wife and me !
Special thanks to Tal the waitress!More
We took most of the fish starters, I mean they were okay, didn't blow my mind and not as good as other shef restaurants, we had a good time with great service from Gaya but for 80 nis for a starter a expected much more....Definitely won't pay that again. We didn't take main courses so not sure about that.More
Shila used to be one of our favorite spots in Tel Aviv. It's one of the only places in town where you can indulge on a lobster and enjoy a valet parking service (at a price, of course).
Our latest visit, however, was a disappointment....The service was s-l-o-w and sloppy (the glass of wine I ordered, and which I had to remind the waitress about, never arrived). And more importantly - the food which used to be "wow", was no more than "OK". For example, the "Tel Aviv mixed fish" dish was tasteless, and quite a bit different from the dish I had ordered there previously, which had a lot more character and spices.
There are plenty of other places in Tel Aviv that serve "OK" food at a quarter the price.More
Most probably one cannot go wrong with Shila. The food is made to perfection, the service is always good. This time we shared several appetizers and in-between courses which were all very tasty.
Prices are high but well justified!
We came to celebrate a birthday(just the 2 of us girls)every dish was excellent..something to remember for a long time..the service was so wonderful..they even send us a birthday dish to the table(we are out of town..never been there before. Its was the best way to...start pur celebration in Tel AvivMore
Went for dinner with girl-friends. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
- Food was excellently presented & taste amazing!
- Ambience was lively & great!
- Service was attentive & efficient.
High price but worthwhile, so it’s not the issue!
Our visit to Shila was good. The place is nice, simple and with a very good illumination, while the menu was really good with interesting options. Service could be improved a little, we had 3 different servers and it was slow. The quality of the...food was really good, and the recommendation of wine to pair was a great option they gave us. Over all it was a good, a bit pricey, experience but could recommend to improve the service.More
