This was the best seafood I have had so far in Punta del Este. The fish and chips can't be beat anywhere. We were told the fish arrives twice daily. The plate came with two nice-sized pieces of delicate white fish with a light beer-batter...More

Late chocolate is a cozy restaurant with amazing food and such a friendly staff. The prices are quite good specially considering that in many of Punta del Leste's restaurants you pay a lot of money for a poor food. We had ojo de bife and...More

Late is a very special place to know, in the heart of Punta del Este. The best choice of fusion cuisine, drinks, wines, and cuisine trend asiatic & peruvian. Best sushi and ceviches in town. A modern and unique atmosphere, located in parade 7, of Mansa beach, in between trees, and 4 blocks up the sea. A place where you can enjoy both things, food and place with friends, family or even alone next to the sushi bar.

For those who don't know LATE, besides of having the best sushi open all year, the most interesting thing, is the story of how it started. It used to be owner's grandpa home, that's why it actually seems cozzy, it feels as eating at home. Then it started selling belgian artesanal chocolate, the very well known, Callebaut chocolate. And after 5 years of growing, it converted in what today it is, a resto with a different and tasty proposal. In winter capacity, is smaller, and we suggest to make reserves.

We recommend to make a visit, and let the experience begin. You can Follow us on our social networks with Instagram: and Facebook too, as latepuntadeleste. Reservations at contact number.
