Quite disappointed by this restaurant because many dishes from the menu are not available (the most famous) and prices are way too expensive.

Was the closest Japanese place in the centre we could find. Lots of choose, ok service. Although the taste was ok, its more chinese style food than Japanese. Good ramen and tempura.

We went there for dinner and we were pleased. The restaurant offers dishes and set menus. One can find ramen, sticks, fish, tempura and sushi (among many other things). Everything we tried was good, specially the ramen. The sushi was the weakest, but not bad....More

My wife and I went here, invited by friends. We had never eaten Japanese before so we had no frame of reference. Bearing that in mind, we thought Ken Chan was excellent, both in taste and in value for money: most of their dishes include...More

The menu is very big, so all tastes - as long as you are looking for East Asian food - are accommodated. Lots of Japanese patrons testify to its authenticity. The reviewers who found it to be Chinese rather than Japanese may have misled by...More

A lot of elements in the menu are Chinese, not Japanese. Also for international customers there is not avacado or salmon in the menu at all, they replace everything with trout and carrots. Service is ok, but the food is defently not authentic Japanese. The...More

Last time I was there they didn't take any cards... Would recommend getting cash out from the atm at the corner of El Prado and then heading in to eat.
