Really great food in a funny old house. Very close to everything in Sopocachi. Very diverse and economically accessible menu. Some of the freshest and tastiest sashimi and sushi I have had outside of the US

We ate here one night on a recommendation from our hotel receptionist and loved it. WE had the trout sashimi and the wagamama teishoku which were so good. The amtomosphere is a bit dated but that was more than compensated by the amazing food. One of our best food experiences along our travels

I love Japanese food and tried 3 different places while in La Paz. I was blown away by the quality of this place. The Wagamama Teishuko was my favourite thing on the menu. Highly recommend for anyone who likes to eat!

I have been too 2 Japanese restaurants in la Paz. This place was disgusting with strong cigarettes smell and food was awe full. Compared to the other one in Zona sur, price was more expensive too. I will go back to another place which operated by Japanese lady.

Yoshiko's is one of the few restaurants in town that always has fresh seafood. Order the trout in any way possible, raw, sushi, smoked, or grilled. Their niku udon soup is also amazing, it's the perfect beef pick-me-up for a cold "paceño" day. Only make sure to get there at least 20min before closing times or they won't take your... More

I had trout sushi here and it was very good. I had tried to go to the restaurant on my own, but couldn't find it, since the entrance is down an alley off of Av. Arce. My co-workers had to show me where it was.

The fish is the freshest in the city. It's absolutely delicious from their udon to their rolls. Their soups are incredibly worth it. It's run by a single woman (the owner) and her assistant, so be patient. :) They're only open for a few hours in the evening, so don't go in at the last minute because they won't serve... More

I just ordered to take out, and they wanted extra payment for the soy sauce and ginger. People working there seem to be in a bad mood all the time. If you want real good sushi with excellent service go to New Tokyo Restaurant. The service is not worth coming back here.

This place used to be called wagamama which is much more fun to say than yoshikos. This is a pretty popular place for lunch and has a pretty good selection of maki. This is one of the best places if not the best for maki in La Paz. Prices are a bit higher than typical places in the area but... More

The owner and cook is Japanese. It is really good for sushi, and they offer an ample variety of dishes. Tempura is OK, but there are better places for it. In terms of price, it is really in the top tier of Japanese restaurants, yet it is not prohibitive. Additionally, their service is not client-oriented. They have really strange hours... More
