Steak was excellent, sides ok. Price on par with similar type restaurants. As a solo diner I'm sick of being offered tables at the back of restaurants or tucked away so I insisted on a table up front with a view, which was only offered after I refused two others.

My wife and I discovered this little gem of a place after missing out on a wine and cheese tour when our ship arrived in Noumea for the day. Le Dukes is at the end of a strip of funky restaurants that includes a craft distillery. I had the kahlua prawns which were to die for. it was served with... More

Oh my life! As a tourist knowing 3 french words it was a tad challenging finding my way, however I'm so glad we stumbled across Le Dukes, who funnily enough serves "Prime New Zealand Beef"BUT for a change I opted for had the salmon cooked with Banana and coconut milk & my partner had the duck, both were to die... Really great deserts in this place !!! Pricey, like everything ells in New Caledonia, but would love to go back again. Their deserts are expensive, but to die for.

A very good restaurant with quality steak cooked on a very hot lava rock. Slightly limited side dishes but quite adequate to match the steak. Very good service. Good deserts to finish the meal with too. The burgers looked great also.

Came for lunch had the duke burger for 1500F, which came with fries. Abit lacking in flavour. Another in our party had a Caesars (2400F) with prawns, it came with lettuce and no dressing - he asked for olive oil which never came. My wife had a chicken satay salad (2000F), which came with asparagus and sweet corn straight out... More

Our hotel gave us a voucher for A$15 burger and drink. This made this restaurant very appealing as everywhere else is so expensive. Burger was good and service was good. Nice view of beach.

I was there for lunch from my Royal Caribbean Cruise New Caledonia Stop. I had the Yellowfin tuna dish with green beans and rice. For the chaser I had a local beer (I forgot the name of beer). But I had an awesome lunch and would go again if I'm ever back in Noumea, New Caledonia.

Great location along the shore line .Try your hand at cooking your own meat / fish on a 300 C degree hot volcanic rock at your table . The fillet of beef was very good served with a choice of sauce and 2 sides of your choice . Not cheap around U$25-30 for a main
