We went here our first night in town as it was late and other places were full on Saturday night or closing. The location is right across form the beach in Anse Vata and you get nice views from the 2nd floor location. Service was only fair and they did not have my first choice of main dish that night.... On our last night in Nouema we enjoyed a great dinner at Le Bilboquet, together with a great bottle of bougelet nouveau. Service was friendly and helpful, our meal was delicious, as we watched the world go by from this upstairs restaurant.

Started the day here on a couple of occasions. Nice combo of French and Aussie breakfast got me set up for some walking.

Quality has lowered. Fish of the day slices were thinner than at a fastfood, and sauce uponit like tasted precooked ordinary industrial food. Desserts are just ordinary And service is a mess Was much better some months ago

This restaurant has a lovely view over Anse Vata. The menu appeared to have an eclectic mix of food on offer. We both ordered the marlin with franch fries, and it was delicious. Our server was new and was being trained by the supervisor, and they were both very friendly and helpful. This is more of a family style restaurant... More

Very busy restaurant, staff were friendly. Head waitress spoke good english, all staff new some English. Food was delicious. We just had a main meal, as we'd had desert earlier in the cafe in front of the restaurant. I think the cafe out the front is part of this restaurant, As i saw some of the staff from the cafe... This was certainly the low light of our stay in Noumea. Whilst the service was pleasant and efficient the food was at best ok - my tahitian salad which was tasteless but the fish was tender and at worst inedible - my husband's chèvre salad which had great globs of oily batter around the chèvre. We wish we had discovered... More

This restaurant has an extensive menu with a lot of fish options and this was the reason why we decided to try it. The food was just average, nothing to write home about. The service was impeccable though. The atmosphere and decor are, like its name indicates those of a brasserie. Locals beers are available and we took the opportunity... More

My partner and I had a meal at Le Bilboquet when we recently visited Noumea. Service was very good as it was fairly quiet the night we went and the restaurant was clean and tidy. Food is good too but expensive for what we are used to. Meals were tasty and plentiful. It was great that they had activities for... More

The service was fast and efficient, English was spoken and menus in English were available. The food was priced at fine dining prices but unfortunately the quality was not very good. Over cooked luke warm green beans are not pleasant and shouldn't be served in a restaurant with pretensions of quality.
