the place was empty, but still waitress did not allow us to choose a table and highly recommended the table choosed by her. As there was heavy music outside and we wanted to have nice talk, we just left.

Just wanted to add - there is an awesome clock tower with mechanical puppets next to the cafe, and every hour an angel appears and rings a bell with a hammer.
Great place in the Old Town area of Tbilisi, with cozy atmosphere inside & outside the cafe. Very cool design, friendly staff, nice menu, reasonably priced. Take your camera with you - you'll love the interior.
