I haven't had a bad meal here yet. I really liked the Dal Makhani. Unlike some Indian places in Korea, the service was attentive.

Fan of Indian food tried almost all on Seoul . This place came to TV which made Koreans to flow and foreigners due to its long term meaning old. Other than that if you really compare food , I bet it's not so special . The portion is small and curry sauce is almost same . We found Ganga better... More

After reading such good reviews about Everest Indian Restaurant, I tell myself I must take this opportunity to find the restaurant and try the food as I love Indian cuisine. The restaurant is at the 2nd floor of a rather old building. From Dongdaemum Station Exit 3 (line 1) – walk straight and turn left – then turn right at... More

I found this restaurant based on the proximity and reviews. I have to admit I'd probably not go inside if it wasn't for the good reviews. It doesn't look very appealing from the outside and I was skeptical about the basic inside decor. The gentleman who welcomed us was very hospitable and after looking at the menu we decided to... Whilst working in Seoul for a couple of months I was keen to find a variety of options for food and especially for veggies. Everest came up in a search and did not disappoint. Located close to Dongdaemun we arrived before 7pm and it filled up quickly. Loads of great veggie options and one of the best naan breads i... More

We went to both Everest and Namaste on back to back nights because both had reviews claiming to be the best curry. We ordered chicken tikka misala, nan, rice and a beer at both establishments. The curry at Everest blew Namaste out of the water with its incredible flavor and great level of spice. The naan and rice were comparable... More

Great service and food at a good price. Its down a side street on the second floor and has a fairly large sign. Its is quite busy but not noisy. Food is a blend of Indian and Nepalese food. The waiters were attentive without being intrusive.

Just finished dinner here and it didn't meet expectations of an Indian craving for simple Ghar ka khana in Korea. After having too much of Korean food, was craving for simple Indian food. Ordered dal tadka with basmati rice. I always thought dal tadka is tur dal n was surprised to see multi grain dal served here. It was super... More

Not expensive. Authentic but still caters to Koreans with kimchi and veggie sides with tandoori meats. Curry is perfect. The naan is authentic and delicious. They offer other stuff like noodles or dumplings, which was great for the kids. Warning, the Mutton tandoor was spicy!
