This cafe had been on my to-eat-list for ages, I had been to Seoul for more than 5 times and I finally got to try it this time! It was quite famous among Koreans because some world-famous KPOP stars like Twice, IU, Blackpink and more had eaten and mentioned their cakes before. That was part of the reason why I wanted to try, another reason was all of their cakes looked FABULOUSSS!!
The whole building was owned by the cafe and each floors were in different concept and style, like the atmosphere for the ground floor was contemporary and modern, while the second floor was light pink and a bit of nostalgic style.
All those cakes were very eye-catching, it was so hard to pick just one over the others. After convincing my friend, we decided to order two cakes instead one haha~
This Rainbow Fresh Cream Cake was the signature and hot item here, so I guessed we had to try this lol. The cafe makes the cakes everyday and the fresh whipped cream was made with 100% animal-like milk. I had my hesitation, as the cake looked better than its taste for most of the time. However, the cake had flipped me over after the first bite, the whipped cream was quite light and extremely smooth. And the coloured cake was insanely moist, it was baked perfectly. The cakes were in different colours, there weren’t different flavours though. No wonder the celebrities adored their cakes, because it was delightful on both presentation and taste.
Another cake that we selected was a basic Banoffee Cake, it was a large piece of cake. The chocolate mousse combined with sliced bananas, they were a prefect match. And it had the same whipped cream with pervious cake, that bitter cocoa powder could balance the sweetness. It was basic, simple and delightful~
Besides than cakes, the cafe also served other baking treats like madeline, scones and pound cakes. We were so full that night but we wanted to try them at the same time, we decided to pack some for tomorrow breakfast haha. We had bought a Matcha Scone with Red Bean Paste, a Sesame Madeline and a Berry Crumble, absolutely a good start in the morning.
P.S Dore Dore Cafe also has a branch in Incheon Airport, so you can buy their sweet treats as the souvenirs.

Went for late afternoon tea at common ground outlet. The choc matcha cake is very good. Drinks are just normal. Think the rainbow cake is just nice to look at , there was a lot left when I was there on a Saturday.

The best strawberry shortcake I have ever ate.The reason why I gave only 4 * was because of the paper cup used for hot beverages.. .Should have served in crockery not paper or plastic cups. The price in not cheap.

The rainbow cake is attractive on social media, but it's pure food colourings... The buttercream is too stiff and there isn't much taste. It's good for photos only and your body doesn't need any more additives. The coffee was ordinary. We also tried their matcha cream cake with raspberry filling which is better. But still, it's not worthy of the hype.

Went traveling to S.Korea with my boyfriend and randomly chanced upon Dore Dore. My eyes were glued to their cake decor. This is one of the best cafes with good vibes to enjoy your desserts! DO try their caramel cake, it's really awesome but on a PRICEY side. Per slice is about SGD$10 (see my photo) Worth it once in a while. Wanted to try their rainbow cake as well but they are SOLD OUT real fast! Sad to know that they do not sell the cakes on display. Overall thumbs up ~from Singapore! :)

Dore Dore is an adorable, girly dessert cafe with pink, sparkly, heart-shaped decorations from floor-to-ceiling. The cafe is known for its rainbow cake, which is sensationally photogenic (average tastiness). There were also many more gorgeous, delicious sounding cakes, teas, juices and coffee drinks on the menu. Some friends and I each got a different slice of cake and a fruity drink. The slices of cake average 9,000 won each - and they are large enough to share with 2-3 people. Our favorite was the cherry coconut cake and the strawberry iced latte. We shared all our sugary goodness and had a wonderful time! The staff was very friendly to us, though we are Americans who speak very little Korean. Our only complaint is that the furniture wasn't very comfortable, but we hadn't planned on staying very long anyway. This would be a great place to take friends or kids ages 5+.

The original place is under renovation till May 4th. The temporary place is 50 min away. We went too late (8ish) and were told that the famous rainbow cake sold out. Several popular cakes were sold out.Tried a grape cake (never tried a grape cake before) and it's quite good. Very soft and fresh.

But cake's taste is too bad and expensive.
I don't want to go again.
