This cafe in the Khan el-Khalil market is incredible. A heritage building remodeled into a princely house that could have existed more than 100 years ago ... The staff are dressed to match those bygone days. The concept brought to life by the late Naguib...More

Very good experiente at the Naguib Mahfouz. It is owned by a Nobel Prize Writer from Egipt, Mr. Naguib Mahfouz. We've tried a bunch of local dishes all very nice. Very nice portions too. Great lamb and babagahoush.

My wife and I had full lunch - a main course each, salad and a drink (non-alcoholic) each for about 400 LE, all taxes included. This would give you a fair idea. I would say that 800 LE is a safe bet for 4 people. Regards.
