I was very disappointed with the food. The Texture of the beef was really weird. I‘d say bad quality meet! The noodles and broth were good but the wantons and fishball were only ok. I‘ve had much better noodle soup in HK. Really don’t get...More

This is a great Michelain rated noodle restaurant that is always very, very busy and only offers 4 or 5 items on the menu. Your choice is noodle soup with wontons (filled with large pieces of prawns), or beef, or fishballs, or your choice of...More

Tsim Chai Kee was recommended by a local co-worker and is an old time noodle shop. The restaurant is small and seating is limited, but service is fast and people come and go quickly. The prawn dumplings are big and plump, and the prices reasonable....More

I walked by this baby place so many times...super crowded and long lines made it impossible to try. However, by stroke of luck I got there right when they opened. First of all, the service is terrible. The restaurant is ran by a bunch of...More

Its semi famous not sure why. Service is typical almost rude Chinese style. Serves of soup small.... I am not a big eater but left a little hungry. Dumplings were good. Like most things HK Mid levels...not that cheap for a small bowl of wonton...More

Coming from Singapore where the wantons are disgustingly small with barely any prawns or meat, the wantons here are filled with 1.5 prawns or so, generous serving of meat as well. You’d get a good juicy bite each time. Do try to mix the sauces...More

It’s very highly recommended for its delicious wanton noodles. The wanton is the X-factor for the success of this restaurant! The fish balls and pork serves a perfect combination for this bowl of noodles! Excellent!

It is quite easy to find this restaurant from the 1st escalator at mid-level. Their wanton is firm and juicy, soup is tasty. We also tried their steamed vegetable with oyster sauce, a very simple dish with good taste. Price wise a bit pricey.

We stumbled upon this restaurant when we finished our dinner at Wangfu Beijing Dumplings (located on Wellington St.) nearby in one evening. After learning the fact that they had earned Michelin-star for 10 consecutive years, we purposely visited them the next day for lunch. We...More

This place is terrible and doesn’t deserve such a high rating. The fish balls are full of starch. We found a 1 cm size snail in the vegetables. The noodles are nothing that you can’t get from any other coffee shop.

When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies
with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The
area widely known as Central is the major financial
hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up
to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open
late into the night and there just happens to be a
street party every weekend. Although everything seems
to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of
