Tim's kitchen has been a favorite of ours for breakfast while in Hong Kong. I like the chicken satay best. The place is always busy. Service is prompt and prices are fair.

A very neat, clean place with nice presentation and service. We had steamed fresh shrimp, pork, and vegetable dumplings … vegetable and mushrooms rice roll …. deep fried pork dumplings with 5-spice herbs …. roasted crispy baby pork belly … all good-to-excellent, but the knockout was roasted farm goose, available in three portion sizes. It was perfectly roasted to bring... More

This restaurant food is average for most of the dishes. Service is below average. Price is very reasonable. Can try if you have time.

Visited here on several occasions since it was a short stroll from the convention centre. It was very popular with locals and offered a choice of set meals which were reasonably priced and of very good quality. We had rib eye steak and rice which migh was really really good! Give it a go and don't be put off by... More

The service is kind and the food is delicious. Very special and increadibly cheap. My husbant who accompanied me on this trip and I had a wonderful time for several weeks attending the place each week and exploring the choices. This was recommended to us as an example of a fresh modern take on Cantonese cuisine. The décor was modern verging on the minimalist but possibly because of this the restaurant lacked ambiance. The food was not particularly special and the service was somewhat lacking , most things had to requested rather than just produced e.g. napkins , soya sauce... More

I liked the friendly owner and the fast service. The dishes were big enough and good and they were unbeatable cheap.

There is a Tim's Kitchen on Jaffe Road in Wan Chai that some have confused with the Michelin restaurant by the same name located in Sheung Wan district on the other side of Hong Kong Island. This Tim's Kitchen has a long green sign outside as well as a casual seating area and it serves Cantonese version of 'western style'... More

Our last nite in wan chai after a 2week stay n went to Tim's after reading the excellent 2 /2 reviews from TA. To our greatest disappointment, the seafood with cream sauce tasted awful. It was neither western style nor eastern style, just a fusion gone wrong terribly. The set dinner came with a choice if cheesecake or red bean... More
