A hiddened place located at 256 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai. Restaurant at the top floor. Go up to roooftop bar will nebe d to take staircase up from the restaurant. Stunning view especially in late night. Liquid price was reasonable. Night time is very windy and chill so suggest you bring a jacket along.

Suppose if you want excellent food you need to pay the going rate but this was expensive. A very nice large sirloin steak was about £65. The chips to accompany the steak were just ok, not triple cooked crispy jobs, they just looked like frozen ones although they did taste ok. Steak was cooked perfectly for me so no complaints... A great place for steak with a tremendous roof top view. Inside you still get the view through the large plate glass windows. Would have to say that the starters are just average which is surprising as there is only a small selection. The steak though was absolutely perfect. However, it was slightly let down by some fairly average side... More

Told husband to book a restaurant with rooftop terrace for my birthday and he did not disappoint me with the great views at Wooloomooloo in Wan Chai. The waitress who served us was attentive though she seemed to be quite green. My fave dessert was pre-ordered upon reservation and we were offered a desserts menu at the end of our... More

The restaurant seated us immediately as we had reservations although many people were waiting...thank you. Unfortunately we had a table located near a table of very loud speaking people. On two occasions we asked them to quiet down so we could just hear each other. The staff did not assist. We ate fairly quickly and left due to the noise,... More

Just next ti the Wan chai MRT station there is this roof top bar and steakhouse. You get a really stunning and amazing view over the city. The drink price isnt cheap, but the night scene is definitely compensating for that.

Went there with some friends for drinks in the evening at the rooftop. The drinks were good and the views are exceptional but the waiters seem to be more occupied to chat with each other than to take care of their guests.

This restaurant is in the clouds with fantasitc views over the Hong Kong skyline. The Australian steaks are excellent as is the rooftop open air bar immediately above the restaurant itself. Cannot think of a better place to relax and enjoy a special occasion, and enjoying a beer in a wonderful & unique setting. Pricey, but most eateries in Hong... More

was there 7th or 8th of October on a last minute booking with my wife. we got a table in the middle of the room of a fully packed restaurant. it was louder than in a dim sum restaurant and I could hardly understand my wife in what was meant to be a quiet conversation (without having our kids around).... I had a chance to spend one of the evenings in this restaurant/terrace - good service, tasty food, amazing views of Hong Kong. However, a bit pricy. Gets crowded in the evenings - it's better to make the reservation in advance.

Staying in Wan Chai / Causeway Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centres of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
