Went there for lunch on a Thursday. The wait staff, like most of them in Hong Kong hotels, were professional and welcoming. The lunch menu they handed to us did not have a large selection, but the choices looked appetising. My husband and I chose a 2-course lunch (appetizer / soup and main). We were pleasantly surprised to learn that... More

Can't believe we can find such great value in HK nowadays. The 3-course Sat lunch was delicious. Including a free glass of wine and a refreshing coffee. Just $2xx-3xx per person. Not to mention the free kids menu... 😂

We were there to celebrate our anniversary after reading some good reviews. We ordered a WHISK salad and a Peking Roasted Suckling Pig (eaten like Peking duck with crepes and hoi sin sauce). The salad was huge but nothing to rave about. The roasted suckling pig was nice - skin crispy and meat tender - interesting to eat it like... More

原來今個9月,為配合香港貿發局 CENTRESTAGE 的Hong Kong in Fashion時裝活動,The Mira Hong Kong酒店新推出了「Fashion • Time • Desserts」的下午茶。 「Fashion • Time • Desserts」下午茶的三層架是手袋型,賣相特別,也很夾這期的fashion主題呢~ 三層架的最下層是4款鹹點,口味都頗日系呢: - Sesame teriyaki chicken with bonito flakes and spring onion - Niratama with hoshi daikon crustless quiche - Japanese eel maki roll with crispy seaweed - Semi-dried tomato cheese cupcake with purple chips 我嚐了芝麻照燒雞和一件迷你鹹杯子蛋糕。... The food was good, service was poor, decor is outdated, the restaurant itself does not have a good vibe to it. They could not even serve me fresh lime soda, saying they are not equipped with a bar. I would not go back unless i have to. Not a place i would take a date. There are better places to... More

Australian steak paired with a bottle of Shiraz offers at HK$1288+10% for 2 persons on every Monday and Thursday evening. Sounds not bad though wine and food are average. From all aspects of being a 4/5-star hotel class restaurant, the ambiance of Whisk is the biggest letdown, kind of out-dated. Relatively speaking, Vibes (a hidden drinking area) is way better.

Service, Service, service!!! Whisk sets itself apart from all the other brunch spots with its faultless service. Our drinks were always topped. We've been here many times and refuse to try something new as it might not meet up to Whisk's standards. The food is exceptional. Freshly shucked oysters, the best seafood assortment and a poolside bbq. They don't have a... More

Worst steak ever had. Meat is not tender and the assorted mustard sauce make it worse. Service, as expected, is above average. Attentive and helpful.

The Whisk attracts locals and also visitors as their patrons for excellent food, exquisite wines and superior service. There's a little known secret that on Mondays and Thursdays, they have special promotions of set menu (minimum 2) which offers super-value culinaries very close to the a la carte menu but includes half a bottle of wine. For a nominal extra... More

Description
Every evening Tuesday to Saturday, WHISK sets the perfect mood with ambient music, hundreds of candle lights and exquisite wines to impress at a price that will leave you impressed with your check. While contemporary European classics demonstrate culinary craftsmanship with the finest meats and seafood enhanced by fresh and seasonal ingredients, the wine pricing allows patrons to enjoy the world’s most exquisite vintages for less than what they are available for in any other five star hotel gourmet restaurant in Hong Kong and across the region. After sunset, the venue flickering with hundreds of candle lights transforms itself into a romantic hideout to indulge in inventive menus and browse through a cellared collection of carefully selected, premium wine labels. Inevitably, it will become your favorite restaurant for surprise romantic gestures, intimate dinners or organizing wine gatherings with friends, business dinners, wine events and private parties.WHISK transitions from the restaurant through to Vibes, the exclusive open-air lounge bar, that also serves as al fresco dining alternative for WHISK’s famous Sunday Brunch with live DJ.
