Travelling on my own, on my birthday, I was feeling a little lonely...until I walked past Ms B's Cakery in Gough Street, Central. The extraordinary cake in the window just screamed out to me "Happy Birthday, Fiona" and made me feel so special - even although it wasn't even for me! The cakes in here are a work of art... More

Got the birthday cake 2nd time from Ms B after the new shop opened at Prince Building . Always have a fascination for butterflies so both my cakes have the colourful butterfly on top .This is a butter cake with strawberry & vanilla flavour. The sweetness is just acceptable for me.I think it's totally an edible art piece!

Friends love it so I must go to get some. This is an art gallery than a cake shop. Very artisan. Every girl would be touched if you sent it over. Very creative and beautiful. Highly recommended!

First the shop was really small but we're understand that was Hong Kong. But the service was terrible and the girl's don't-give-a-damn face was just make us feel very not welcoming. After reading some comments here, I wonder was it because we are Asian? or it was just an isolated case. But a woman (she was european if not mistaken)... More

Colorful, hilarious, delicious food. The multicolor club sandwich deserves a photo! Desserts are all so nice to look at that you hesitate to eat them. And they are also good! Very nice experience.

I visited the location at Pacific Place Mall. Cute ambiance--- colorful, tasteful, playful. Nice selection of coffees, teas, juices, etc--- and prompt/good service. Cakes/etc were fabulous-- beautiful and yummy. Price is not cheap, though....

This is my second visit to Mrs B's Cakery and I still love it. While in Hong Kong if you want to explore around Hollywood Road, Cat Street and Gage Street then go back to your hotel room and stuff yourself on exquisite cake and watch HK TV I can fully recommend Mrs B’s as the place to go to... I don’t know if I thought there would be or wouldn’t be or even if cake was important in Hong Kong. I know sweet food is not high on the Chinese appetite but where ever I go, I like to know how many cake shops there are within walking distance. As it happens there are all sorts. The first one... Staying in Sheung Wan

Neighbourhood Profile
Sheung Wan
Unlike most of Hong Kong’s other popular districts, Sheung Wan welcomes wanderers with an easy-going, relaxed atmosphere. Art galleries are plentiful and boutique cafés are tucked away in every side street in the sub district known as “PoHo.” Browse through the vintage clothing and handmade leather goods stores – it’s no surprise fashionistas flock to this area. History enthusiasts will be rewarded with sites of beautiful architecture, reflecting Sheung Wan’s past as one of the earliest settlements by British forces. As night falls, the entertainment scene reveals itself to be just as laid back with its private kitchens, speakeasies and underground bars dotted throughout the area. When in Sheung Wan, everyday feels like the weekend.
