Decor and Atmosphere: pleasant Service: okay-ish. Drinks: good selections of wine and cocktails Food: we had pizza (expensive for what you get served) as this was recommended by a friend. But goodness pardons and saves the pizza maker from eternal disgrace! - it was a piece of hot rubber with plain tasteless toppings. Both me and my husband left the... More

Just came back from a very pleasant evening at Duecento Otto where we had excellent cocktails followed by a delicious meal. Their burrata was one of the best we've ever had and the octopus carpaccio was to die for. The white truffle pizza was good but not as special as the two other starters. Followed by a surprise gift from... More

Dropped in on 208 for lunch for 4 . Set menu offer great value with 2 or 3 courses. Upstair seatings was spacious. Pastas, meat, fish and desserts all deliciously cooked. End with coffee of your choice! Next time you are in Sheung Wan give it a try.

We went for weekend brunch and it was a very nice experience. The buffet and menu selection is limited but all the food is of very high quality. If you sit downstairs the setting is quite nice when the large doors are open and you get an outdoor feeling even though you sit inside. Is not cheap but definitely worth... More

208 is a very cool concept. Decor and atmosphere is very cool and I highly recommend the Calamari!! Also the pizzas are great and to be honest we had food envy at all the dishes that went past us.

Back in Hong Kong I wanted to visit some new place, finding not too far away from my hotel the 208 (on Tripadvisor. So I went there for dinner. Arriving early in evening it wasn't difficult to get a place - later it was really full. I had a starter - great! - and a Pizza Gamberi, very good. Service... More

I enjoyed the semi-buffet lunch. Small but good selection in the buffet (I especially liked the Brussel sprouts) with solid mains.

Our big family had several meals here during our Hong Kong holidays the other week. And we enjoyed every single visit! The food was excellent and the service was fantastic (I believe you can always gauge the service levels of a restaurant by how well they treat big families with small kids!) We had to change our booking several times... More

I wish we had found this bar earlier. Popped in before getting a cab to the airport. Friendly, efficient, attentive service and happy hour. Great atmosphere and the food looked amazing.

Nice place for a glass of wine and some pizza - it has a fresh and somewhat sophisticated atmosphere.

Staying in Sheung Wan

Neighbourhood Profile
Sheung Wan
Unlike most of Hong Kong’s other popular districts, Sheung Wan welcomes wanderers with an easy-going, relaxed atmosphere. Art galleries are plentiful and boutique cafés are tucked away in every side street in the sub district known as “PoHo.” Browse through the vintage clothing and handmade leather goods stores – it’s no surprise fashionistas flock to this area. History enthusiasts will be rewarded with sites of beautiful architecture, reflecting Sheung Wan’s past as one of the earliest settlements by British forces. As night falls, the entertainment scene reveals itself to be just as laid back with its private kitchens, speakeasies and underground bars dotted throughout the area. When in Sheung Wan, everyday feels like the weekend.
