Incredibile lamb and sea food. Best service also. Must go. The atmosphere is very good. The beer is a bit expensive but the rest is good price.

After a bit of a hike to the mid levels ( or take the escalators if you're feeling laws hearty) Sahara makes for a relaxing and rewarding destination. Decor is convincing and apt and the food is great. All the usual middle eastern favourites are here and all are well cooked and presented. I've had many a lunch here and... More

Passed this restaurant in Soho many times before but had never tried it. Decided to give it a shot. Ordered the Egyptian Platter and the Lamb Tagine, which were surprisingly delicious. Good Moroccan atmosphere with friendly staff. Very good dining experience. Will definitely return to try out other dishes.

Good Lebanese meze restaurant. Very tasty bread and humus, made me very happy. And the feta cheese was really good. Also the local beer was very tasty. People who wanted could smoke water pipe inside the restaurant, so be award if you don't like smoke from water pipe. Staff is also friendly.

Having lived in Hong Kong for over 20 years and being fortunate enough to eat out regularly finding a restaurant which is customer service orientated, consistently good with fabulous food is a rarity and Sahara never fails to disappoint. Sahara is lovely for a dinner for two, as a family or good as a group but i would recommend going... More

Dody & Hero (The owners) Are simply the best! I have visited their establishment many many times and I've always enjoyed having shisha there every single time.

A great place, but rather small inside, to enjoy moroccan cuisine. Very friendly staff and great assist in what to select. Even offered local moroccan wine, more fun and local than good. Might want to stick to other beverages... We had a bunch of starters and shared a number of entrees. Perfect way to enjoy the meal and the company... More

During our visit to Hong Kong, my friends and I were craving for some really good shisha. We had tried several places in the area but all their shishas were bad. At last, we found this Moroccan treasure where the shisha is prepared properly, up to the arabic standards. Their food is also very good and staff friendly. If you... More

Staying in Central

Neighbourhood Profile
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
