As always, beautiful presentation and a wonderful meal. Menu may change slightly from that indicated at time of reservation but all courses were very good. Favorites are still the duck and ricotta ravioli with consomme and the lobster with barley. Prior booking is essential.

We celebrated our 25 and began our 26th year at TWENTY SIX by Liberty. It was a beautiful city setting w a fun and casual setting by the kitchen counter. Every course was wonderful and presented so well. We loved our dinner!

Perfect for a quite dinner. My girlfriend and I were the first pair of the night, so we had ALL the waiters buzzing around us, a little refinement needed here. But once more people started to flow in the experience was improved. Food is good and needs to be a bit more filling for a larger man.

Based on the website and some of the reviews I had read, I was expecting more. The restaurant was empty, the staff was confused and the food wasn't special at all.

We had the tasting menu with paired wines. Each dish was special and lovingly explained by our personal chef. Not cheap at c.hkd1,500 each but worth it for a special night out. Definitely a great place for any foodie people.

Fantastic dinner for 2....chef looked after us and explained the dishes and shared his experiences as a chef - it was a great evening ! After nervously booking online and wondering whether the reservation was recorded or not, we were greeted as if we were regulars...phew. We sat down and selected the wine pairing which was well worth the experience,... More

Staying in Central

Neighbourhood Profile
Central
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
