I haven't been to 22 Ships for years now, since they're always overpacked, and the wait is long. Another big reason why I didn't go to 22 Ships so often is because the menu items were too small, and the pricing wasn't reasonable for that...More

We had such a lovely dinner there last week. Foods were great and perfect portion for sharing. Prices aren’t necessarily cheap but for this standard it’s worth it. Staffs were very attentive and friendly, very casual and chic atmosphere. All in all, a marvellous dinning...More

I've been to this place several times, and always loved it, even as a vegetarian, but l don't think I'll be back. It's always been expensive and crowded, but the food made up for it. But last time I think we had the worst service...More

Great Night Great Food But The German maître d' needs to take a break. Too stressed and it’s obviously not that fun for him any longer. The thrill has definitely gone. He’s obviously overworked? Or over it. I think both. Get another 22 Ships, he’s...More

This restaurant is not Spanish food. They use the Spanish theme to attract clients but it has nothing to do with Spanish Tapas. The service is very poor. The food takes forever to arrive, even for a simple salad. But the worse is the pricing....More

By personal multiple experience here you can find overpriced micro portion of unconvincing fusion Spanish. Go to ham and sherry on the other side of the road if you want real Spain, better food and especially a better service. The buzz cut lady at the...More

I dined solo here on a Friday night and had a fabulous meal as well as good conversation with other diners at the street-front communal table. I highly recommend the Suckling Pig. Find some friends to join you since every dish is so good, you...More

Tapas style dining so the portions are small. The idea is to share and taste lots of different items. We tried about 15 different ones, both from the written menu and from the specials/featured items on the chalkboard. The... More

Description
The no reservation tapas bar 22 Ships has become one of Hong Kong hottest tables since opening in October 2012 - offering an eclectic menu of modern tapas, served in a buzzy yet relaxed setting, and a dynamic list of sherries, wines, spirits and Spanish beers. Using the best of both European and Asian ingredients, Michelin-star Chef Jason Atherton and 22 Ships’ Executive Chef Lee Westcott bring a modern touch to traditional classics. Westcott, who has strong a Michelin background and has worked with acclaimed chefs such as René Redzepi at Noma, was Head Chef at Tom Aikens Restaurant in London before taking up his role of leading the kitchen at 22 Ships
