We came here searching for authentic Indian food and were not disappointed. The dishes were well seasoned, spicy and tasted just like the ones I had in India. The lamb vindaloo in particular was stellar.

This was a nice change of pace for a peaceful lunch. Certainly different from the busy rush in other spots locally. Food was of good quality and staff were friendly. Establishment is upstairs so look up for the sign outside and then catch the lift up. Would recommend if you wish for a change from Cantonese food.

Having been here a few times before (admittedly the last time was quite a while ago) we expected a little more. Could be that our tastes have changed or it could be that the standards have dropped. Either way others don't agree, the place was packed. The service was good, we felt that the food was ordinary but that was... More

I visited here on my own at lunchtime as I was craving some Indian food. I decided on the lunch buffet which was roughly HK$140 (I think). Anyhow, it was very good with a selection of starters including soup, samosas, chicken and pakoras. There was also a good selection of of mains including rice and naan. I also had some... More

For the price you pay at this restaurant I was expecting better food. It's not that the food wasn't made from quality ingredients, just that there was nothing particularly special about it and I've had much better Indian food elsewhere at much more reasonable prices. That said, the restaurant itself is spacious and nicely decorated and the staff were friendly... More

Don't hesitate to visit this Indian restaurant. The food is fantastic. You may be put off by the climb up to the first floor however it is well worth it. The food was some of the best Indian I have eaten.

I mean it doesn't get any more authentic than Gaylord. Awesome Indian and very delicious.....only the pakora let me down. Had the kebab, various chicken dishes, samosa, nan, popadums and Kingfisher beers....no complaints at all. Great staff and even a singer playing a piano Will go back

We have gone twice now to Gaylord. The food has flavour, if you take the vindaloo it is chilli hot, and if you take the chicken biryani it isn't very chilli hot. So if you want your meal to be really chilli hot, you may have to request for it. They are open from 1800 to 2300. they serve lunch... More
