Perhaps more famous for cakes, Italian Tomato also do some good meals. Pastas are good and pizzas are on the finishable side. Light lunch if you prefer.

Italian Tomato - Sheung Wan: First of all, even though they were friendly, three of the waiters were sick and kept sneezing and coughing into their hands and then they served food. None of them wore face masks. Secondly, I am a semi-vegetarian who eats fish. We were told the soup was seafood, but it had bacon bits in it.... More

I love the pasta in Italian Tomato very much. My husband and daughter love the cake there. It is good to go there during the afternoon tea time. You can have the food in a much cheaper price with a drink. However, there would be bread and soup included for lunch and dinner set only.

Definitely a great Italian place for pasta. I would recommend the spaghetti carbonara-delicious. To save a few dollars, you can go for the tea time meal and with that you can get a free drink. The cold coffees have too much ice so its better if you go for a hot coffee. I feel that the best one is at... More

I always dine here at least once when I'm in HK. Go for the tea time set, you save a few dollars and get complementary drinks of your choice. Personally I always go for the creamy carbonara, which I feel is their best dish, no doubt. Their coffee is okay, don't drink the cold one, there's too much ice. You... More

Staying in Wan Chai / Causeway Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centres of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
