Their Red Shrimp shanghai dumpling is a must to eat Din Sum too. They have a Tea master in the restaurant. He is very knowledgable in tea .... More

I had a dim sum lunch there. Choices were a bit limited but tastes were great. Services were attentive as one could expect from a 5 stars hotel. Ambience was nice and comfortable. Overall a decent dining experiences but not the cheapest choice in town

A nice leisurely afternoon dim sum. Great choice & quality. Located in Peninsular Hotel which is a very nice and long standing restaurant in HK.

Great food, and the waiter helped me out by offering to let me offer fewer pieces of dim sum per plate, so I could try more things.

We ate here once during our three night stay at The Peninsula. The traditional food and service were both very good although it was a bit on the expensive side for the contents of the dishes. You're paying a premium for eating at an excellent hotel.

We actually stayed at Sheraton (which is right opposite of Penisula) but my wife told me about this place, with Michelin Star. So, we decide to try it out. Walk in on weekdays for dinner and lucky to have a table left! We opt for Premium Chinese Tea instead of wine. Good Tea. I have trouble reading the menu and... More

I was here tonight to celebrate my birthday with my family and my my brother's family. This restaurant has a classic relaxing atmosphere which is perfect for casual business meetings or family gatherings. The food is delicious and the service is first rate. The fried eel ball, the lobster noodles are highly recommended. Simply love it here !

Re-visit Spring Moon last week for dinner with friends, part of the reason they have just awarded One Star Michelin. Very attentive service, front line staffs are well groomed and professionally trained, the restaurant is fully booked and I still see people come in at 9:30pm for dinner. No doubt a big credit goes to the new Chinese Executive Chef... More
