I have just dined, once again, at this extraordinary restaurant at The Peninsula. The atmosphere is refined and the decor, at once, atmospheric and elegant. The dignified and extraordinary service is peerless from greeting to farewell. Never once do my guests see a price. All...More

Situated in the exquisite Penninsula Hotel, Spring Moon itself has a slightly P&O style Art Deco feel about it, although it also evokes the colonial days of Hong Kong with polished wood paneling and brass fittings. And the dim sum will please! Lovely and fresh...More

The quality of food was mediocre but the price is expensive! We didn't want to go back again, even the hot desserts were served lukewarm if not cold!

We enjoyed 5 different selections, sharing with each other, and the array of flavors were both nuanced and delicious. We especially liked the minced pork and shrimp dumplings. The mango pudding was a light and intensely flavorful dessert, perfect!
