The ramen here is very tasty but if tou don’t eat pork don’t go here. They dont offer any other type of meat and they are unwilling to replace pork slices with vegetables.

We describe the chewy texture as "qq" in Taiwan and some other Chinese community. It's somehow more than chewy - it's al dente, soft but not musky, offering some resistance to the bite. This noodles is one of the examples.

Menu might not be quite extense but these guys are really great at what they serve. They make their own noodles (you can see the process in the restaurant) and they have their own sauce that it is quite delicious. We tried noodles, chicken, beef...all...More

Amazing handmade ramen, super chewy and very, very tasty. Slightly basic as far as variety on the menu. This particular location also lacked beer, which should be mandatory

Shugetsu is a small Japanese noodles eatery at a quiet block in Central. The Michelin recommendation makes it popular among both locals and tourists. Waiting time can be very long during lunchtime. The place is pretty small and seats are cramped. Service is quite good....More

It was close to my hotel and Michelin-listed, so off I went! There was only a short queue, and as I was alone I got seated quickly. I had no idea about tsukemen, which is a smaller noodle than ramen, the other major choice on...More

A rather small noodle place with only two tables to cater for about 4 each and two rows with about 6 at each side. Not a place for a big group. There are many choices dry or soup noodles. A generous serving with great side...More
