Back here for a quick bite. Old worn down stall brings back memories. During summer, get ready for a hot and humid experience. As usual, the beef balls are awesome. This stall has been here for many decades and one of the historical survivors.

The place is location inside a market and is very hard to find if you have never been before. I went for the 2nd time by myself as I always remembered the beef balls from the previous time. You're only here for the food as the place is very old and dirty. The beef balls are $30hkd a bowl for... More

My mom brought me here about 40 years ago. The place is located under the flyover serving the best beefball and tripes in Hong Kong. It is the few "Tai Pai Dong" left. Seating is no 5 star hotel, price is decent, food is delicious and best is the feel of old traditional HK style eatery. Apart from beefball with... More

But of course that was many decades ago. Like everything else, prices do go up. Situated in high rent district TST, it is getting harder and harder to find a gem like this to exist. Even at HK$27 a bowl with 5 beef balls and noodles of your choice, it is still a tremendous bargain especially given its consistently good... More

Tip: to get here go into the market and turn left until you get to the wall and the. Take a right and go around the leftmost shop. In the back you will find this gem. The beef balls are great and the broth tasty. I tried to order brisket but the ladies didn't understand neither a word of English... More

This little stall is located inside a market/hawker center in the middle of Tsimshatsui and usually will go unnoticed. This little stall serves great beef ball and mixed beef organs. Not for the faint-hearted, but this is one of those local street delicacies. Not sure how long this has been there but give it a try. Perhaps, it is a... More

The title of the review says it all! Unlike another reviewer, I did not notice any rats running around. This place is hard to find inside the temporary market, so you should ask around for Tak Fat Beefball.
