This is a bring-your-own-fish restaurant. There is a fish shop just opposite, and others nearby, where you select your desired fish, prawns, etc. (live). You take these into the restaurant. Your waiter then discusses with you how you would like them to be cooked and makes helpful suggestions. You add vegetables and rice chosen from the menu. There is a... More

Treated a family friend to this restaurant on the second day of Chinese New Year for lunch. We were being given a table on the main dining hall on the 2nd floor when we first arrived. However, it was too noisy, and no way we could talk with the guest, so we requested to change to the side booth. The... More

We went 10 people last night and I can honestly say it was the worst seafood I have had in Hong Kong. It was a busy night so we waited and waited and waited even to order. We had picked out the seafood next door and the restaurant managed to ruin quite a few dishes. Snails were double cooked as... More

Go pick fresh seafood at the market a block away, bring it here to have it prepared to perfection! Then, enjoy the great memories for years to come!

A very unique restaurant for me because you have to buy the seafood beforehand in the market and then you get to choose how you want it cooked. The restaurant itself is very clean and presentable and the servers are very attentive. The food comes in very nice portions and tastes amazing. The only downsize is parking which is very... More

I had gone here a few times for business lunches, but last year we went for the Sunday dim sum brunch. Excellent - my wife (a HK local) prefers the dim sum to the famous dim sum place in Sham Shui Po which has a Michelin star. We went again three weeks ago, and it was the same good experience.... This restaurant is located in the Gold Coast of Hong Kong; next to an open-market of the freshest seafood. You go to the open-market and purchase whatever fresh seafood you like, they deliver to the restaurant, tell the restaurant staff how you want the seafood prepared and be amazed as to how flavorable your dish is! This restaurant is highly... More
