Very good taste and reasonable place! Not a glamorous place but clean. Typical Chinese native taste. Convenient in location. Can take the MTR to the Hong Kong University Station and get out from the C-2 exit.

We wandered down to this little tea house for Sunday breakfast and were not disappointed. The lava toast was the attraction but the dim sum was some of the best I have tasted. Service was polite and quick and the prices were reasonable.
