They had pretty good western and Tibetan food here. They also have some Belgian beer available, but I may have drank it up while I was there, lol.

It a western restaurant that serves European food outside of barkhor square... close to Ganggyan hotel where there's not much around. We ordered Asian food but maybe should have ordered western as per the speciality. Asian food was not upto mark. The fried rice and the noodles were a bit dry and lacked taste. Overall prices are a bit high... More

Conveniently located, nice building, and the service was quick and attentive. However, it was quite expensive by Lhasa standards (Indonesian noodles, a dahl curry and 2 x bottled water cost 150rmb which is about twice as much as nearby restaurants), and the food was the very definition of average - nothing wrong with it all, just plain. Momo service also... More

I came here as the review said it serve Belgian beer but it doesn't have the Belgian draft beer I'm looking for so I ordered Lhasa beer, about 3.5% alcohol content only, very light and refreshing. I ordered Indonesian chicken and egg fried rice, it is garnish with capsicum and carrot. Very nice and crunchy. The price is slightly expensive.... More

We ate here the day we arrived. I wasn't feeling well because of the altitude. The nice lady in the restaurant adviced me to take some soup (momo soup loved it!!) and gave me some herbal tea. It really worked and I felt a lot better. She even searched for more teabags. This really helped me during my trip. Thanks... More

The staff is very friendly. Portion is generous while food is just average. I have tried the fried yak noodles (36 yuan) and vegetable soup (22 yuan). Just next to yak hotel, its location is unbeatable.

We were at this restaurant with friends after a visit to the portals palace, the view from up there is nice and food is ok. I had Yak and noodles and rice. They also have barley beer. Prices are very inexpensive.

We ate at this restaurant twice and loved it! It is owned by a Dutch woman and her family and sets high standards that are appreciated by western guests... The hummus sandwich/coleslaw was very good and filling, the Lassi drinks tasty and the atmosphere was clean, warm, and welcoming. My husband had a Yak sandwich which tasted like roast beef... More
