The bar etc is OK. However, I was put off by the guy (I think the owner) sitting in the middle of the bar. He was very obese, wore only shorts, and had towels draped around him to (I assume) catch the sweat. I was reminded of Jabba the Hutt from Star Wars. I found it unpleasant so finished my... More

Had some sunset drinks there on a few occasions when I recently visited there with my girlfriend. The drinks are the cheapest on the island, and the length of happy hour is very reasonable. I tried their bratwurst dish which was spot on, it's just a pity that the service is average at best, it's the only thing from preventing... More

Great location on the point - and perfect for a drink at sundown. Would not recommend eating here unless you like German Filipino food.

I used to be a regular in this bar. Kurt is a lovely big German guy (sorry Kurt, I know you are Bavarian). The best draught beer in Boracay because it is looked after and served properly. Don't drink the bottled pish served in other bars.

During our stay in Boracay Bei Kurt und Magz was our local for food and drinks, the food was always really good, the place was also very clean and offered delicious fruit shakes and the price of the beer during happy-hour was the best in town. The staff was also superb, always greeting us with a big smile!

Good location in station 3 section, next to Arwana, and it's a good place for beers, german food and drinks. Good servive and nice view over White Beach.

Nothing special and nothing bad - they do most things well, and a safe place to eat if you worried about food issues.

After hearing good reports about this German/Filipino restaurant I thought I would make the long walk from DMall to Station 3 where this restaurant is located. When we arrived the place was virtually empty which is not a great sign. I had the "house special" of Snitzel and Jagermeister Sauce and my wife the Pancit. Both meals were very average... More

Restaurant's real name is "Bei Kurt und Magz". This is real German restaurant on the 3rd station of Boracay. They also serve Philippine dishes, but I recommend German Schnitzels and Hungarian Gulasch. Really delicious! They serve probably the best cocktails on Boracay and the cheapest beer in happy hour till 8 pm. There is real German atmosphere in this restaurant.... More
