Very good spanish cuisine with excellent presentation of negra paella. Tapas were good to start dinner with a very smooth callos. Refreshing sangria to wash down the meal. Good service.
We enjoyed our dinner. Ordered tapas and Sangria. It's not our first time here, but definitely we make it a point to eat here whenever we are in Boracay. The Food is excellent!
We were served their crusty warm bread with the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and parmesan dip which was yummy! Our orders of tomato salad, chorizo with potatoes and their chicken paella were all scrumptious!!!! I especially loved the salad because their tomatoes were sooooo fresh,...the olives, lettuce and the feta cheese with the vinaigrette dressing were perfect! Loved this dining experience 👍👍👍👍😋😋😋😋More
We loved the high quality food, the ambience and hospitality. We called to reserve a table for two before going there. The owner was personally welcoming the guests.
The grilled Dorado was great. But also expensive. Service was slow. Not intelligent. Kitchen was excellent.
Dining at Dos Mestizos in Boracay was a culinary journey that transported me to Spain with its authentic Spanish flavors and warm Mediterranean ambiance. The restaurant’s location in D’Mall de Boracay added to its charm. The menu was a delightful exploration of Spanish cuisine, with...dishes that were as flavorful as they were beautifully presented. The paella, a signature dish, was a symphony of saffron-infused rice and fresh seafood. The extensive wine list perfectly complemented the meal. The staff’s knowledge of Spanish cuisine and their attentive service made the dining experience truly exceptional. The ambiance of Dos Mestizos, with its rustic decor and live music, added to the overall delight. This restaurant is not just a dining spot; it’s a culinary voyage to Spain and a must-visit for anyone seeking an extraordinary dining experience in Boracay.More
Although the review sounds like an experience you will have at Dos Mestizos, I need to clarify that our location is in Station One and not D’mall. It’s possible that the reviewer may have visited a different establishment.
Yeah the food was nice though and a little bit expensive 6 pcs oyster 500 plus paela also 2000 plus and the i really dont like the waitress they didnt give us any water and spoon we are 4 dishes they serve 3 only and...they didnt even apologize for that very bad waitresses and rude july 30 we go there at lunch poor grooming total bil for 3 dishes 4000 + and this is on the boracay branchMore
We had a great lunch at this place when we visited last 4th of June 2023. What we ordered: Sangria, Tapas Excellent place to slow down and have a good sangria drink. The place is intimate and cozy. When the scorching Boracay heat exhausts you...and you just need a few hours to recharge before going back again to the shoreline, this could be the place. I loooove their sangria here. ❤️ Until next time.More
Excellent Paella Valencia and Lengua De Vaca. The Aklan Clams was also satisfying. Though a bit expensive - this is a MUST TRY at Bora for fine excellent dining experience.
Grilled Dorado was excellent. Had to ask for waitress repeatedly. Never came to the table on her own to check on anything! Not good grooming. Food was very expensive for Boracay.
You need to book if you want to dine here, located up at station 2, a tuc-tuc is best way to location. Menu choices small but the food was great. House wine was average as the price for a bottle was way overpriced. We had...2 courses, 3 drinks , personally think it’s overpriced. Main courses are served 30min after starter, but we’re made aware of this. Would I go again, yesMore
A place and a worth visit restaurant in Boracay. All in all food, ambiance and service were great...
Expensive for Boracay. Spanish cuisine. The grilled fish is great. I asked them to NOT include any crustacions in my order and they did it anyway. It is very slow food prepraration. But the grilled Dorado was very good. Unfortunately, at NO time do the...waiters ever come to your table to ask if the food is good, or ask the customer if there is anything they want or need. 'Another beer, Sir?' Nothing to add turnover or a positive customer experience. I've noticed in general, very kind and humble service atitudes. but nothing intelligent. They REALLY need to ask people what they need while the food is hot and come around once in a while to see if we want more drinks. Not to do that is seriously derelect if not stupid. But, the fish was good. The kitchen is clearly profession. The service doe NOT live up to that.More
Good appetisers Paella was overcooked 20 minutes too much So unetable! So we asked to do it again and it was fine Wine was nothing special Service was amazing as the lady who is the leader immediately solved the problem of the paella Air condition...is too strong and we risked to get a cold Also that it was solved by herMore
